Someone comes and says, “Why don’t you add plantain chips to what you’re doing"
Another says, “Akara chips is nice if you can add it ooo”
And so on and so forth.
While they may all have good intentions...
Only you know that you’re still struggling to get the little you’re already doing to work efficiently.
Growth and expansion are not always the same thing.
More production can mean more waste.
More sales can still mean poor margins.
Sometimes, the smartest move is not to add another thing.
It’s to improve what you already do, strengthen the systems behind it, and make the business more efficient.
Get the one you’re doing to work properly first. Then you can start exploring other related opportunities from a position of strength.
Because if the foundation is still shaking and you keep adding more weight, Stress can kill a man.
More isn’t always better.
Better is better.
