🤰 WHY DOES IT HURT DOWN THERE WHEN I WALK DURING PREGNANCY?

Many moms in the 2nd & 3rd trimester feel this… and it can be really painful
This is called Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP)
Why does PGP happen?
Your body releases a hormone called relaxin
It loosens the ligaments in your pelvis
This helps prepare for delivery
BUT… it also makes your pelvic joints less stable
Result: Pain in pelvis, hips, lower back, or even inner thighs
⚠️ You might feel:
Pain while walking 🚶‍♀️
Difficulty turning in bed
Pain when climbing stairs
A “clicking” or “grinding” feeling
Simple things that help:
✔️ Keep your knees together when getting up
✔️ Use a pillow between legs while sleeping
✔️ Avoid standing on one leg
✔️ Wear a pregnancy support belt
✔️ Take rest when pain increases
Important:
PGP is common & NOT harmful to your baby
But don’t ignore severe pain—talk to your doctor if it gets worse
💬 Mamas, have you experienced this pain? What helped you the most?

🤰 Is Your Baby in the Right Position for Birth? Signs Your Body May Be Giving You 🩺
Many moms quietly wonder,
“Has my baby moved head-down? Will I be able to have a normal delivery?”
The good news is—your body often gives gentle clues as your baby gets ready for birth.
✨ Here are some common signs to notice:
1️⃣ Baby Drops Lower (Lightening)
You may feel extra pressure in your lower abdomen or between your legs.
Your belly might look slightly lower than before—this usually means baby is getting into position.
2️⃣ Breathing Feels Easier
As the baby moves down, pressure on your lungs reduces.
You may notice you can breathe more comfortably again.
3️⃣ Frequent Urge to Urinate
With more pressure on your bladder, you might find yourself going to the bathroom more often than usual.
4️⃣ Pelvic Pressure & Back Pain
A heavy feeling in your hips, pelvis, or lower back is common as your baby settles deeper into the birth canal.
5️⃣ Changes in Baby’s Movements
Instead of sharp kicks, movements may feel more like rolling, stretching, or shifting.
6️⃣ Loose Stools or “Body Cleansing” Feeling
Some moms notice bowel changes as the body naturally prepares for labor.
⚠️ When You Should Contact a Doctor Immediately
No baby movement after 28 weeks
Strong or irregular pain before your due time
Vaginal bleeding
Sudden gush or continuous leaking of fluid
💛 Your body and your baby are working together, step by step, preparing for birth.
Stay calm, drink enough water, and take proper rest.
When the time comes, your little one will arrive safely, InshaAllah. 🌼

“I WAS OVULATING… HE RELEASED INSIDE… SO WHY NO PREGNANCY?” 🤔
This is a very common question.
Truth is ,pregnancy is not automatic.
For implantation to happen, many things must align 👇🏽
✔ A healthy egg must be released
✔ Strong, healthy spe,rm must reach it
✔ Fertilization must occur
✔ The embryo must travel to the uterus
✔ The uterus lining must be thick and ready
✔ Hormones must support implantation
If one step doesn’t go perfectly, pregnancy may not happen that cycle.
Even in healthy couples, chances of pregnancy each month are only about 20–25%.
It doesn’t always mean something is wrong ❤️
Sometimes the body simply tries again next cycle.
Conception is timing + health + biology , not just one act....

May this month favour your fertility journey 🙏
