THE SILENT ARCHITECTS: HOW WONEN BUILD FAMILIES AND SHAPE GENERATIONS

Introduction
Women, by their nature, body structure, emotions, command great influence in the home, community and the world at large.
It is a common saying: "Behind every successful man there is a woman."
I'm not advocating for bad or irresponsible men, but no matter how "bad" a man may be, if his wife is good, Godly, disciplined, industrious, of good influence, the children will turn out good.

Women are Superb Creatures
- They have greater endurance than men.
- Can work on several projects at the same time, whereas, men would want to concentrate on one at a time.
- Are the primary caretakers of children and the elderly.
- They have the tendency to stay in their marriage than men.
- Are relationship oriented while men are task oriented.
- Are the wombs that birth and nurture destinies.
- Are more faithful to their marriage vows than men.
- Generally, a widow will remain unmarried and take proper care of her children.
- Many of the world most successful people were raised by single mothers.

For example,
1. Ben Carson- the renowned Neorosurgeon and leader.
He has this to say about his mother Sonya Carson: "I had a mother who never accepted excuses."

2. Barack Obama- USA 44th President
He has this to say about his mother Ann Dunham: "My mother was the single most important influence in my life."

Conclusion
Women are the wombs that birth and nurture destinies. When they know, value, appreciate and carry out their God-assigned responsibilities, there will be joy, prosperity, development in our homes, our youths will turn out good, there will be peace in our communities and the world at large.

Before you say I do, the following are the points to consider:

1. Do you respect him?

2. Do you have common goals?

3. Are you relaxed around him?

4. Can you express yourself freely before him?

5. Do you like him?

6. Is he willing to make commitment?

7. Does he show respect for your opinion?

8. Is he asking or constantly asking for s*x?

9. Is he down to earth or lives to impress people?

10. Is he secretive?

11. Has he won the battle against s*xual immortality?

12. Does he fill the air with positive thinking?

13. Is he transparent and accountable?

14. Does he lead double lives?

15. What is his understanding of marriage?

16. Does he find a place in his heart for forgiveness?

17. How does he treat others- politely or otherwise?

"Well married, a man is winged like an eagle, ill-married, he is chained and cursed."

Marriage is not a man's idea and institution- it's God's and came with a guiding operating manual.

Since you can only see the outward appearance, why don't you ask Him who knows all inside out?

- Promote or demote.
- Gather people and goodness or scatter them.
- Bring out gifts or sword.
- Solidify relationship or break it apart.

CONCLUSION
Let your words therefore, be seasoned with salt, always with grace, so that they minister life to your hearers.
Let your words encourage, motivate, spur and stir up people to doing something great and worthwhile. Let your words bring out the good, the gold mine, the hidden talents, in people. Let your words elevate people and not deflate them and you see them coming back to help you achieve your goals; you see peace and progress breaking forth in your life and family.

Introduction
Why is it that many people find it difficult to believe God's Word? They don't value and believe their own words. Had they valued and believed their own words, they would have valued and believed God's Word.

WORDS ARE POWERFUL
- Nothing exist without words.
- Sacrifices amount to nothing without words.
- Charms ( for those who use them ) are useless without words.
- Money is ordinary paper - useless, valueless, without words.
- Altars are raised with words. Genesis 13: 14-18
- Vows and oaths are made with words.
- Marriages come to being because of words.
- When good words cease, marriage ceases to be.
War, violence, murder and all vices are products of words.
- Words are more powerful than atomic and hydrogen bonds, nuclear and chemical weapons.
- Words have the resemblance of eggs, once broken or released, cannot be gathered again.
- Words stretch out God's hands or shorten them. Isaiah 59: 1-2
- Words are eternal, they don't die. Psalms 119: 89; John 6:63
- Words make or mar things.
- God created the universe by His Word.
- You create your own world by your words.

*WHAT* *WORDS* *CAN* *DO*
- Create or destroy.
- Heal or invite diseases.
- Quicken or deaden.
- Kill or make alive.
- Bless or curse.
- Imprison or deliver from prison.
- Judge or justify.
- Destroy or preserve.
- Cleanse or defy.
- Lead to war or bring war to an end.
- Comfort or discourage.
- Breed love or hatred.
- Bring light or darkness.
- Break down or build up.
- Cast out demons or invite them.
- Expose sin or conceal it. Hebrews 4:12-13
- Reconcile or set apart.
- Stagnate or move us forward.
- Lift up or cast down.
- Grow or destroy marriage.
- Purge, purify, cleanse or defy.
- Snare or release us.
- Serve or cut us like a knife.
