You’ve Been Pregnant 5 Times… With Nothing To Show For It.
Let’s talk about it.
You see that woman on this picture?
You’ve blamed her before.
She looked at you somehow last week — now you’re bleeding again.
Another miscarriage. Another heartbreak. Another round of tears, blood, and silence.
You’ve taken in multiple times.
You’ve felt the symptoms. You’ve peed on sticks.
Positive. Faint line. Blood work. Hope. Then…
Blood. Again.
And the doctors will say “chemical pregnancy.”
Like your womb is one failed chemistry experiment.
Let’s make something clear:
If you keep getting pregnant and keep miscarrying early, it is NOT ordinary. And it’s NOT always spiritual.
Sometimes it is biological sabotage disguised as a spiritual attack.
Let me introduce you to two of the real culprits:
💣 1. LOW PROGESTERONE — THE UNSUNG VILLAIN
Progesterone is called the “pro-gestation hormone.”
Let that sink in.
Its literal job is to:
—Hold your pregnancy in place
—Support the uterine lining
—Calm your immune system so it doesn’t attack the baby
—Prevent uterine contractions
—Protect early brain development
Now imagine this hormone is LOW.
Your body will “take in”… and then “let go.”
Like a house with no foundation.
The baby starts forming… but the ground is shaky.
No support. No glue. No grip. Just loss.
And what do we do in Africa?
We start calling our mother-in-law.
We run to pastors.
We accuse our neighbor.
We start suspecting everyone that wore red.
But who checked your progesterone levels during ovulation?
Who checked it 7 days after ovulation?
Who asked if your luteal phase is too short?
Nobody.
Because we think every miscarriage is a curse.
💣 2. RHESUS INCOMPATIBILITY – WHEN YOUR BLOOD IS AT WAR WITH THE BABY
Let me shake another table.
Are you Rhesus Negative and your husband Rhesus Positive?
You better sit up.
Because your own immune system can start fighting your baby like a foreign invader.
Yes. Your own baby.
Your blood will see the baby’s blood as a threat and attack it — especially from the second pregnancy onward.
This is why after a first miscarriage or birth, some women suddenly stop carrying pregnancies to term.
But guess what?
A simple anti-D injection (RhoGAM) after a miscarriage or delivery could save future pregnancies.
Yet many women never get it.
They just keep bleeding and blaming witches.
💣 3. Chemical Pregnancy ≠ Fake Pregnancy
Let’s also kill this lie.
A chemical pregnancy is NOT in your head.
It’s not imagination.
It’s not “you were never pregnant.”
It is REAL.
It just ended too early.
Usually because of hormonal imbalance or a uterine environment that couldn’t support implantation.
So let’s stop telling women to “just try again.”
Some of you have tried five times.
And each time, your heart broke.
Your body carried life… then let it go.
🧠 The Real Truth?
Pregnancy today is not like it was 40 years ago.
Our grandmothers didn’t drink plastics.
They didn’t microwave everything in BPA containers.
They didn’t eat hormone-pumped meat and gulp 12 packs of noodles during period cravings.
They didn’t spend 12 hours a day on chairs,
Breathe in mold from AC vents,
Or live on birth control pills that flatten progesterone and trash ovulation.
Today, your hormones are under siege.
💡 What Should You Do?
1. Test Your Hormones
—Especially progesterone, LH, FSH, thyroid panel, prolactin
—Check progesterone 7 days post ovulation (not just randomly)
2. Know Your Rhesus Status
—If you’re Rhesus Negative, get the anti-D shot after miscarriages or deliveries
3. Eat to Support Your Luteal Phase
—Ditch the low-fat, low-protein starvation diets
4. Balance Your Blood Sugar
—Blood sugar imbalance = hormonal imbalance = miscarriage risk
5. Track Ovulation PROPERLY
—Not just “I feel pain on my left side” tracking
6. Don’t Normalize Recurrent Miscarriage
—Your body is trying to say something
—Listen to it
💔 Final Word?
You are not cursed.
You are not barren.
You are not unlucky.
You are possibly misinformed, under-supported, and biologically overwhelmed.
And you deserve better.
You deserve a womb that can hold, not just conceive.
You deserve answers.
You deserve support.
And if nobody is telling you the truth, I will.
📩 Don’t forget to reach out to many women that have this problem. Share and tag a woman who needs this. You might be a saviour to many, don't hurd this post🙏
Let’s fight ignorance with truth.
Let’s fight hormonal loss with wisdom.
Let’s fight infertility with nourishment.
