Get:
3 peices of fresh unripe plantain.
Peel off the skin , then Wash if you desires to do so.
Cut the unripe plantain into pieces.
Find any 5 liters plastic rubber or 1 gallon of rubber.
Make sure you put all the plantain inside the plastic and fill it with water.
Lock it tightly , then shake all together.
Keep it to ferment for 3 days .
