“I thought I was just tired…”
John woke up one morning, got out of bed, and suddenly felt dizzy. His vision became blurry, he felt weak and slightly nauseous, and he had to sit down quickly.
He assumed it was stress and moved on.
But these can be signs of low blood pressure (hypotension), especially when they happen after standing up:
⚠️ Dizziness or light-headedness
⚠️ Blurred or fainting vision
⚠️ Unusual weakness or fatigue
⚠️ Nausea
⚠️ Fainting or feeling like you may pass out
⚠️ Confusion, especially when severe
Sometimes, low blood pressure may be harmless, but repeated or severe symptoms should not be ignored.
💡 Professional advice: If you frequently experience these symptoms, check your blood pressure and speak with a qualified healthcare professional to identify the cause. If you faint, become confused, or have severe symptoms, seek urgent medical attention.
