Fibroids and Adenomysis ...2

As stated earlier in the morning, many women confuse Fibroids with Adenomyosis. Some go ahead to take some unverified substances in a bid to get rid of the challenge, but these substances have over time, proven to have a negative effects on not only the woman's health, but also on the womb that was being saved and by extension, on the overall fertility destiny of the woman.

Modern medical technology allows for effective removal of Fibroids while preserving fertility.
Procedures including Laparoscopic Myomectomy, Hysteroscopic Myomectomy, and other minimally invasive surgeries. Technologies like Diathermy help achieve Hemostasis during surgery, reducing or completely stopping blood loss.

It is advised that women experiencing heavy bleeding, especially with clots and severe pain, should seek medical evaluation promptly before any interventions are engaged and to also avoid complications that would have been prevented earlier.

Access to modern diagnostic tools and surgical techniques and intervenions can significantly improve outcomes for women with Fibroid and Adenomyosis.
Awareness and education are very vital; women should share this information to help others recognize symptoms and seek timely treatment.

Do you have any one experiencing any of these?
Kindly share this to them.

She Delivered Safely… Then D!ed Because She Didn’t Pass Urine 😭 This Is Why Every Woman Needs To Read This and Never Forget It!

Everything went well.
The baby came out crying.
She smiled weakly and whispered, “Thank You, Jesus.” 🙏
Everyone rejoiced. Nurses cleaned her up, family took pictures, husband called everyone — “She has delivered o!” 🎉

But within hours… everything changed. 😢
She started feeling pain in her lower tummy.
She said, “I want to urinate, but it’s not coming out.”
They thought it was normal.
They gave her water, told her to try again.

Minutes turned to hours…
Her tummy kept swelling.
Her face changed.
She became restless.
Then she stopped talking.

By the time the nurses rushed in, her bladder had burst.
Urine had leaked inside her abdomen.
Her body went into shock.
They tried — but it was too late. 💔

Many people don’t know this, but after delivery, passing urine is a must!
If a new mother doesn’t urinate within a few hours after childbirth — it’s an emergency! 🚨

The womb and bladder are neighbours.
During labour, the bladder can get weak or compressed.
When urine builds up and can’t come out, pressure increases and the bladder can tear or burst.

That simple act of “I haven’t urinated since delivery” can mean life or d£ath.

So please, my dear pregnant women and new mothers:
🩸 After giving birth, always try to pass urine.
👩‍⚕️ If it doesn’t come out, tell your nurse or midwife immediately.
❌ Don’t say “It’s small matter.”
⏰ Don’t delay, every minute counts!

You carried life for 9 months… you deserve to live to raise that life. 💔
Let no woman d!e from something that could have been prevented.

💬 Have you ever heard of a woman who couldn’t urinate after childbirth?

This is why we rush some women for emergency C-section without warning 😳

In labour ward, one minute can mean life or dÂŁath.

Sometimes, we don’t even have time to explain.
We just shout, “Prep her for theatre NOW!” and everyone starts running.

You may think we’re being too fast…
You may think we’re trying to force a CS…
But behind that speed is often a cry for help from your baby or your womb. 😢

Let me explain what really happens 👇

Sometimes, during labour, baby’s heartbeat suddenly drops from 140 to 80.
That’s fetal distress.
If we delay even 5 minutes, that baby might suff0cate inside the womb. 💔

Other times, the woman’s blood pressure shoots up dangerously 180/120, her eyes roll back, she convulsès.
That’s eclampsia.
We rush because a few more minutes could mean losing both mother and child. 😭

Or maybe, her uterus tears (rupture) while pushing, blood everywhere, pain unbearable, heartbeat disappears.
At that point, talking is a luxury. It’s race against time.

We’re not rushing because we enjoy doing surgery.
We rush because we want you alive to hold your baby. ❤️

So dear woman, if you ever find yourself in labour and the doctor says,
“Madam, we have to do emergency CS,”
please don’t panic or argue.
That decision might just be the reason you and your baby survive. 🙏

Your life matters.
Your baby’s life matters.
Trust the process, and trust your healthcare team.

She Delivered at Home Thinking It Was Safe 😢 But Her Baby Couldn’t Make It, That Is Why Every Woman Needs To Read This!

She was 39 weeks pregnant.
Her belly was big, she was excited.
She said, “Hospital too far, I can deliver at home.”
Family agreed, everything seemed fine.

Labour started.
Contractions were strong, baby’s heartbeat was slowing.
She pushed with all her strength but baby was not coming out.

By the time they reached the hospital…
It was too late.
Baby was gone. 💔

This is the harshh truth many mothers don’t know:

Even strong women can face compl!cations no one sees coming:
❌ Cord can wrap around baby’s neck
❌ Baby can get stuck
❌ Labour can stall
❌ Sudden bleeding can happen

Home delivery is r!sky, even if everything seems normal.

Dear pregnant woman:
Your life and your baby’s life are precious.
Delivery should happen where trained professionals can act within minutes if danger comes.

Every antenatal visit, every hospital delivery, every precaution counts.
No shortcut is worth losing your baby. ❤️

💬 Have you known someone who delivered at home and faced danger?

She kept waiting for the pain to pass.
She said, Maybe it’s just normal.

Her mother told her, That’s how labor starts, don’t rush to the hospital.

But by the time she came, the baby was tired…
and so was she.

We see it far too often.
A woman walks in pale, weak, exhausted.
Her contractions have been going on for too long.

Her water broke hours ago.
Her baby’s heartbeat, once strong and steady, now flickers faintly on the monitor.

In those moments, the theatre becomes a battlefield,
everyone moving fast,
one hand starting IV lines,
another preparing for intubation, the anesthetist checking vitals,
the surgeon scrubbing furiously.

The goal?
To save two lives in a race against time.

But sometimes… the time we needed has already passed.

Dear women, please listen to your bodies.

That sharp, persistent pain that doesn’t feel normal.
That sudden swelling, blurred vision, or headache.

That strange stillness when your baby stops moving.
Those are not signs of strength to endure.
They are cries for help.

Your body speaks through pain, through pressure, through stillness.
It is never weakness to respond.
It is wisdom.

Labor is not meant to be endured in silence.
And pregnancy complications don’t wait for daylight.

If you feel something unusual, go.
Don’t let anyone convince you to wait.
Because help delayed can mean hope denied.

In the theatre, when we lose a baby that could have been saved,
we don’t just feel sad,
we feel the weight of seconds that slipped away.

We see the mother’s tears,
and sometimes, silence so heavy you can’t breathe through it.

And in that silence, one truth stands tall….
delay turns emergencies into tragedies.
And no woman should have to pay with her life for waiting too long.

Don’t wait till it’s urgent, act when it’s unusual.
