I talk about health every single day on this page. But my own habits? Not always matching what I preach.

So on July 1st, my friend and I made a deal. We called it the Arámi Health Circle. Four simple rules for the rest of July:
🌿 No eating after 7pm
🌿 Cut down ultra processed and junk food
🌿 No carbonated drinks
🌿 If hunger comes after 7pm fruits only

No pressure. No perfection. Just two people trying to do better and refusing to do it alone.

This is our public commitment. We are putting it here so we can't back out.
