THE REAL CULPRITS BEHIND CONSTANT FATIGUE.

Let’s be honest for a second.
That constant tiredness you feel—the one sleep doesn’t fix—is not normal and it’s definitely not something to ignore.

It is a physiological signal that your body is struggling to produce, regulate, or utilize energy efficiently.

SO WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING??
Your body produces energy at the cellular level and this process depends heavily on:
1. Nutrient absorption (from your gut)
2. Hormonal balance (especially cortisol, insulin, thyroid hormones)
3. Nervous system regulation
When any of these systems are disrupted, your energy production drops.
So fatigue is not the problem.
It is the symptom of a deeper dysfunction.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT US SPECIFICALLY??
Women are more sensitive to internal imbalances because of the complexity of our hormonal system.
So fatigue rarely comes alone. It often shows up with:
- stubborn weight gain or inability to lose weight
- intense cravings (especially sugar and carbs)

Happy New Month Fam!!
Over the years, I've come notice some common challenges that many women quietly struggle with:

Low energy
Mood swings and emotional eating (even without PMS periods)
Feeling disconnected from their bodies.

So, in order to fix this, most women try diets (sometimes extreme ones), different remedies and various suggestions just to feel like themselves again.
