I brought a cane today for some special people.
White bread and egg lovers, please line up 😌
Before I flog, that bread isn't as innocent as you think.
I agree with you that bread is convenient, soft, and probably goes with everything.
But have you thought about the cost to your health?
Years ago, bread was just salt, flour, and water, but today…
We can't explain.
If you are still eating bread as a busy professional, you are wrong.
Bread is one of the foods that is highly refined.
The fibre and most nutrients are removed.
What's left?
Empty calories.
Meaning, eating bread can:
✅ Cause quick blood sugar spikes
✅ Lead to sudden energy crashes
✅ Increase hunger shortly after. It doesn't satisfy
✅ Store fat easily, especially around the stomach. Maybe that's why you have tummy fat too.
Now, imagine eating bread every morning.
Then you say:
“I don’t know why I’m always tired.”
“I don’t know why my tummy is growing.”
Listen, the best way to eat bread is to thrash it.
Instead of bread, eat:
✔️ Sweet potatoes
✔️ Oats
✔️ Beans
✔️ Brown rice
✔️ Whole grains
✔️ Fruits and vegetables, etc.
Remember, your food should fuel you and not drain you.
And white bread is one food that drains your energy.
Eliminate bread and watch your energy improve as a busy professional.
