WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHECKED IN WITH YOURSELF?
You're checking on everyone else.
_Your family.
_Your friends.
_Your work.
_Your responsibilities.
But what about you?
Not the automatic: "I'm fine."
Not the response you give because it's easier.
I mean the real answer.
The one beneath the smile. The one you don't always say out loud.
Maybe you're exhausted. Maybe you're overwhelmed. Maybe you're carrying more than people realize.
Or maybe you're doing better than you give yourself credit for.
Whatever the answer is, it matters. Today, give yourself permission to pause for a moment and ask:
"HOW AM I REALLY FEELING?"
Because your mental health deserves the same attention you give to everything else.
