WHO SHOULD NOT EAT TOO MUCH OKRA (OKRO)*

*1. Mamas with Kidney Stones or History of Kidney Stones*
Okra has *oxalates* β€” can make kidney stones worse or form new stones. If you have had kidney stone before, eat small, not everyday, and drink plenty water.

Okra has plenty *Vitamin K* which helps blood clot. If you are on blood thinner, too much okra can make your drug not work well. Talk to your doctor first.

*3. Mamas with Serious Stomach Ulcer or IBS (Irritable Bowel)*
That slime is good for normal person, but for person with very sensitive stomach, too much can cause gas, bloating, running stomach. Start small.

*4. Mamas Allergic to Okra*
Some people itch for body, mouth dey swell after eating okra. If you notice itching, stop.

*5. Diabetic Mamas on Drugs β€” Don't Replace Drug with Okra Water!*
Okra water helps, but don't stop your diabetes drug and say "okra will cure me". Use it as support, not replacement. Check your sugar always.

*6. Mamas with Joint Pains from Gout*
Okra is moderate in purines. If you have gout that flares, eating very large amount everyday may worsen it.

Nancy ume

At 19, I dreamed of becoming a Nursing Professor. Now I make a living filming videos on my phone β€” Nancy Umeh

At 19, Nancy Umeh already had a picture of the professional she wanted to become.

She wanted to build a career in nursing and, eventually, become a Nursing Professor.

More than a decade later, her career looks very different from the one she imagined as a teenager.

Umeh is still a registered nurse and public health professional. But alongside healthcare, she has built a career in entrepreneurship, food, digital content creation, lifestyle and personal branding.

Today, she can make a living creating videos with the device millions of people carry in their pockets: a smartphone.

Her journey is a reminder that a nursing career does not always have to follow a single path. For Umeh, nursing became the foundation for a much broader professional identity.
