The quick weight gain product you are taking might be the reason your hormones are struggling.

And I say this not to scare you, but because someone needs to say it plainly.

We talk so much about weight loss. And so little about healthy weight gain.

That silence is costing people their hormonal health, and many of them do not even know it.

Because of the lack of awareness around healthy weight gain, many women and men have started prescribing overnight weight gain products for themselves. Without understanding what is inside them. Without understanding what those ingredients are doing to their hormones quietly in the background.

And honestly? Some of the irregular periods, seized cycles, fertility struggles, low libido, hormonal imbalance, and poor sp erm quality I see today can be traced back to the misuse of steroids and unhealthy weight gain products.

Yes. Steroids.

Some of these popular quick weight gain supplements contain steroid-like substances that directly interfere with your reproductive hormones.

In women, this can contribute to:
Irregular or seized periods
Hormonal imbalance
Ovulation challenges
Fertility difficulties

In men, this can affect:
Testosterone balance
Sp erm count and motility
Libido
Overall reproductive hormonal health

Please stop harming your body in the name of adding weight fast. The price your hormones pay is not worth it.

And let me say this carefully and honestly:

Being healthy is not about how quickly your shape changes. True health goes far deeper than what you see in the mirror or what society has convinced you an attractive body should look like.

Especially for naturally slim people, some of us are just built that way. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

A truly healthy body is about:
— Proper nourishment from real food

— Hormonal balance

— Strength and energy

— Functioning well from the inside

— Being within a healthy weight range for YOUR height, not for someone else's body

So if you are eating balanced meals, feeling strong, staying active, and your body is working the way it should, please stop pressuring yourself because of what society has convinced you an attractive body should look like. Those standards were not built for your health. They were built for engagement.

Now, if you genuinely want to gain weight, I fully support that. Just do it the right way.

Because there is a significant difference between healthy weight gain and overnight unhealthy weight gain.

One supports your hormones.
The other throws them into confusion.

So how do you gain weight in a way that actually supports your hormonal health?

If I wanted to balance my reproductive hormones in the next 2 months, I would start exactly here.

Save this. Read it slowly. Share it with someone who needs it.

This is for the woman whose period stopped or comes whenever it feels like it.

For the woman with ovarian cysts that keep coming back.

For the woman who has been trying to conceive and nothing is happening.

For the man whose energy, drive, and libido have not been the same.

For anyone whose weight refuses to move no matter what they try.

If any of that sounds familiar, this post was written for you.

As a Reproductive Hormonal Balance Coach, these are the first things I would focus on. Not the complicated things. The foundational ones. Because most people are skipping the foundation and wondering why nothing is working.

It’s a brand new week to be intentional about your reproductive hormonal health.

A new week to be intentional about what we consume, how we nourish our bodies, how we rest, and the choices we make daily.

Remember, your reproductive health is not something to think about only when there’s a problem.

Keep showing up for yourself. No giving up.💪🏾

One healthy choice at a time.

Happy new week, family.

Wow! You self don try.🤍

You still show up for your business, family, education, ministry, and then your HEALTH.

Just wow.👏🏾

As in, have you visited the market lately? The cost of food? Let’s not even go there. 😂

But do you notice how you still make the effort to select and get healthy foods for yourself, even with the prices? That is something worth appreciating.🤍

Because honestly, choosing to nourish your body and make sure you’re strong and healthy takes intentionality.

It’s not always convenient.
It’s not always cheap.
But you’re still making the effort.

And that matters.

Congratulations to you.🤗

You self don try.👏🏾

Someone asked me a very important question in class last week.

"Coach Glory, you said some chemicals can enter the body and affect our hormones, but how?"

Let me explain it simply.

Your hormones don't work in isolation.

They respond to what is happening inside and around your body.

Your skin is one of your body's protective barriers. So when you apply cream, lotion, perfume or deodorant, it doesn't automatically go straight into your bloodstream.

However, some substances can pass through the skin and be absorbed into the body, depending on the ingredient, the product, how much you use and how often you use it.

And this is where we need to pay attention.

Some chemicals are called endocrine disruptors because they can interfere with the way hormones work.

Think of your hormones as messengers carrying instructions around your body.

Now imagine something interfering with those messages.

Some chemicals can act like certain hormones, while others can affect how hormones are made, used or broken down.

Two chemicals that have received a lot of attention are phthalates and parabens.

Phthalates can be found in some:
— Perfumes, fragrances and Cosmetics

Parabens are preservatives found in some:
— Body lotions, moisturizers, and Other personal-care products

Research has found that some of these chemicals can interfere with hormone activity in the body.

And because reproductive hormones play important roles in your menstrual cycle, ovulation and fertility, reducing unnecessary exposure can be one part of supporting your hormonal health.

So what can you do?

— Read your product labels when you can.

— Choose simpler products where possible.

— Reduce unnecessary use of heavily fragranced products.

The goal is not to become afraid of everything.

The goal is to become more intentional about what we are exposed to every day.

Because when we're talking about reproductive hormonal health, we should look at the bigger picture, not just one symptom, one food or one product.

Your hormones need the right environment to do their job.

Choose wisely.🤍

I hope you've learnt something today.

THE MOST OVERLOOKED CAUSE OF HORMONAL IMBALANCE IS THE ONE HAPPENING IN YOUR KITCHEN EVERY SINGLE MORNING.

Not what you are eating. What you are drinking first.

Most people wake up and immediately reach for coffee, before water, before food, before anything else. And while coffee itself is not the enemy, drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is one of the most common hormonal mistakes I see.

Here is what happens:

Caffeine on an empty stomach triggers a cortisol spike. Cortisol is your primary stress hormone, and your body already produces its highest natural cortisol levels in the first hour after waking.

Think of it like this, every morning your body naturally wakes up your stress hormone to help you get up, get alert, and get moving. It is like your body's own natural alarm system. This is normal and healthy.

But when you pour coffee on top of that already high stress hormone, on an empty stomach, you are essentially pressing the alarm button twice at the same time. You are pushing something that is already high even higher.

And when your stress hormone stays too high for too long here is what it does to your reproductive hormones:

— It shuts down progesterone production, the hormone your body needs to support ovulation and a healthy cycle

— It blocks the hormonal signal that tells your body to release an egg that month

— It raises male hormones in women, which is one of the things that drives PCOS symptoms like acne, irregular periods, and unwanted hair growth

— In men, when this stress hormone stays too high for too long it directly lowers testosterone and affects the quality of sp erm

This does not mean never drink coffee. It means WHEN you drink it and HOW you drink it matters far more than most people realize.

Here is one simple shift that makes a real difference:

Wake up and drink water first. Eat something first. Give your body time to bring that morning stress hormone back down on its own, then have your coffee.

That is it. One small change done consistently every morning.

Several of my clients have noticed a real difference in their cycle just from making this one shift alone.

Small habits. Big hormonal consequences.

I hope you've learnt something today.

God will do it... but are you working against your own body?

Some months ago I was on a one-on-one live clarity session with a woman who had been struggling to conceive due to missed periods for years, no ovulation, and this had become a source of tension in her marriage.

During the session I asked her a few questions and she said something that so many women are doing without realising it, something that is silently delaying their results.

She said,

"I have been eating healthy, doing everything right, running tests and taking medications, yet nothing is changing. But I know someone whose diet is far from healthy, bread and soft drinks are her favourite foods, yet she has conceived and now has two children. I even tried copying her eating habits and my situation seemed to get worse. What am I doing wrong?"

I felt the weight of those words in her voice.

I paused and asked her,

Are you aware that our bodies are completely different?

The woman you are comparing yourself to may be burning those calories differently, through intense physical activity, a fast metabolism, an active lifestyle involving a lot of movement and housework or a body that simply processes sugar and refined foods differently than yours.

All of these factors influence how the body handles excess junk and sugary foods.

What works for her body could be silently working against yours.

Copying her lifestyle is not a strategy, it is a setup.

Because seized periods, absent ovulation, ovarian cyst and fertility challenges are biological conditions rooted in your unique hormonal environment. Even when two people experience the same reproductive health challenge, the underlying factors and individual needs may be different. That’s why the approach should be personalised.

Our bodies are not the same.

After that session everything changed for her.

Not because she tried harder.
Not because she copied someone else.
Not because she added another supplement.

But because she finally stopped working against her body and started working WITH it.

She committed to the right meal plan.
She used the right natural science-backed remedies, accessible and affordable in her own country.
She showed up consistently every single day.
And she had someone holding her accountable through every step.

Her hormonal environment was cleaned, prepared and made ready.

And her body finally received what it had been waiting for.

Today, she is a mother.

This is why in my programme, whether you are trying to conceive, restore your period, boost ovulation or address ovarian cyst, the very first thing we do before anything else is prepare your INTERNAL environment.

We do not just hand you remedies and wish you well.

We clean the system first.
We build the right hormonal foundation.
We walk with you every single day until your results show up.

Because you cannot expect lasting results in a body that has not been prepared to receive them.

You cannot plant a seed in untreated soil and expect a harvest.

Your body is not her body.

Your journey is not her journey.

Stop comparing.

Start understanding.

Because sometimes, the change you are praying for requires you to stop doing what is working against your own body and start giving it what it actually needs.

September is here, Family.🤍

And I want to remind you of something: you also have a responsibility to play.

Don't just wish for better health or hormonal health this month. Be intentional about it.

Learn about your body and your hormones.

Track your menstrual cycle or pay attention to changes in your body.

Eat better.

Change unhealthy habits.

Ask questions.

Do your investigations or test when necessary.

Seek professional guidance when you need it.

Sometimes, the answer you're looking for may begin with the knowledge you decide to gain and the action you decide to take.

So this September, show up for yourself and your hormonal health.

Welcome to September, Family.🤍

It's a brand New Week but...

Are you aware that while you’re intentionally balancing your hormones through diet and lifestyle, not DEWORMING for years can slow down your healing?

As someone working on your hormones, just like we eat daily to nourish our bodies, internal health matters too.

Imagine doing everything right:
Healthy meals.✅
Supplements.✅
Lifestyle adjustments.✅

Yet healing still feels slow.

Sometimes, it’s not that you’re not trying hard enough, intestinal parasites may quietly steal the NUTRIENTS your body needs to support hormonal balance.

In regions where sanitation is poor, barefoot walking is common, and clean water is limited, adults are often advised to pay attention to regular deworming, especially if it hasn’t been done since childhood.

Your internal health is part of your hormone health. Being informed and intentional can make all the difference.

If you’ve been looking for a sign to deworm, this is it.

I hope you've learnt something today!

Happy New Week, Family.
