*Position: Hospital Manager*

Location: Lakeland Specialist Clinic Ltd, Mosheshe Estate, Airport Road, Warri, Delta State
Lakeland Specialist Clinic Ltd is a reputable healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred medical services. We are seeking a competent, experienced, and highly motivated Hospital Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the clinic.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee the overall administration and daily operations of the clinic
- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage hospital records, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
- Liaise with Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs) and insurance providers on enrolment, billing, and claims
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and best practices
- Support budgeting, procurement, and cost-control initiatives
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and performance management of staff
*Requirements*
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar hospital or healthcare management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good working knowledge of health insurance and HMO operations
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
*Salary*
₦250,000 per month and above, commensurate with experience and qualifications
*Position: HMO Officer*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Act as the primary liaison between the clinic and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
- Manage HMO claims, documentation, and reconciliation processes effectively.
- Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper registration with HMOs.
- Negotiate tariff with HMOs
- Handle queries and complaints related to HMOs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all HMO transactions and agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely submission and approval of claims.
- Ensure compliance with HMO policies and healthcare standards.
*Requirements* :
Bachelor's degree, HND or OND in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with health insurance systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
