🚨 THIS IS NOT A NORMAL WALKWAY!
What should be a simple walk around the neighbourhood has become a dangerous journey through floodwater. 💔

Please, let’s protect our children. Don’t allow them to walk through floodwater when there is a safer alternative. Floodwater may hide open drains, sharp objects, contaminated water, and other dangers.
⚠️ When the water rises, safety comes first.

Let’s stay alert and protect our children. 🙏

🌍 As we celebrate World Translation Day, I remember a good friend I had back then.
He was a young, handsome and very friendly guy. We were quite close, and he taught me sign language. I found our friendship beautiful and meaningful. ❤️

He had a girlfriend who was also deaf and non-speaking like him. He was already a graduate at the time and had plans of travelling abroad.
After some time, I left that vicinity, and later I heard that he had travelled out.

Wherever you are today, my good friend, I celebrate you. ❤️ May God continue to protect, guide and bless you wherever life has taken you. Amen. 🙏

Happy World Translation Day! 🌍🤟

It has been a sunny day, and God has indeed answered us. 🙏 The sky is blue again. ☀️💙
But this is not to say we should stop preparing for the future. We must remain vigilant and prepared in case of another heavy downpour.
Let’s continue to stay safe and look out for one another. 🙏

👓 GLASSES ARE MORE THAN JUST FOR CLEAR VISION
Glasses can be used to:
* 👁️ Protect the eyes from harmful UV rays, dust, or workplace hazards.
* 📖 Aid reading and improve near vision.
* ✨ Enhance appearance and complement your personal style.
Choose the right glasses for the right purpose—and have your eyes properly examined when needed.

🌍 World Translation Day — September 30
World Translation Day is celebrated every year on September 30 to recognise the important work of translators, interpreters and language professionals around the world.

Why is it celebrated?

* 🌐 To promote communication: Translation helps people from different languages understand one another.
* 🤝 To bring people together: It helps bridge cultural and linguistic differences.
* 📚 To make knowledge accessible: Important information, books, research and educational materials can reach people in their own languages.
* ⚖️ To support international cooperation: Translation is essential in diplomacy, business, healthcare, law and global organisations.
* 🗣️ To celebrate language professionals: The day recognises the skill, dedication and expertise of translators and interpreters.
* 🌍 To promote cultural understanding: Translation allows people to experience ideas, literature and traditions from other cultures.
This year’s celebration is a reminder that language should connect us, not divide us.
Happy World Translation Day! 🌍🗣️📚

A normal ground turned into a river. Now, people are using canoes to move around. 🌊
