Hello lovely women!
So this Sunday was a really perfect day to get back at cold swimming! As the weather was great and the water not ice cold yet it was very gentle to start the cold-dipping-season!! And most important of all we had each others company and support to do this!!

I would love to make this a monthly event with you. As I made a promise to the sea to visit her every month I will take the initiative to organize it.
I would love you to join me on this challenge to be committed cause honestly I made the promise last year aswell but didn’t had the discipline to persevere.

So her are the dates for the upcoming 3 sea-visits
20 November
18 December
22 January

Feel free to invite who ever you like.

Two weeks before every event I will remind you ;) and we will set a time, location & arrange transport.

Should we take a dip?!

Cold Water Swimming is one of the best things I have encountered to erase the WINTER BLUES.

The only DIP I have in the WINTER is in nature water.

Begin when the cold is still doable and you easily transition into the Winter. Your mind and body will adapt gradually, and you will feel so envigorated that you will do it again and again. With the result of having NO WINTER BLUES.

Winters=lack of sun=lack of vitamin D
Lack of Vitamin D=lack of serotonin
Lack of serotonin=Winter Blues

WINTER DIPS=Boost of happy hormones
So no hormonal dip in the Winter 😊😉
I stand by this 100%.
