CIRCULAR BREATH & DANCE MEDITATION How does the Circular Breath & Dance Meditation work?

The conscious or circular breath exercise serves to open us up, increase our awareness, change our brainwave patterns and allow access to the deeper recesses of our being, on a physical mental and emotional level, as well as raising our energy or frequency. Meditative movement, guided by music and expressed through dance helps us translate, externalise and then integrate our formerly hidden realms

and embody the higher energies accessed through the breath. The energy of movement and communal flow on the dance floor helps us transcend the limitations of ego and unlocks the playful soul that loves the joy and exhilaration of surfing the waves of movement and sound.

New page, new concept, although based on many of the principles and practice of the original Circular Breath Meditation this version will incorporate music and dance as movement meditation rather than sitting in stillness.
