Sitting here doing my morning business work then suddenly my throat starts closing , I start shaking out of no where. Everything is too loud and I need to run but I cant move. Sitting here with my family playing with my baby I suddenly have a panic attack. This is my life everyday and all the time. This is what trauma looks like. Am i in any sort of danger? Of course not but youĺl never convince my body of that right now and what was the trigger? There wasnt one, there doesnt allways need to be one sadly.

This is what I hope to prevent for another women or child. This is why I do what I do. Saprea can be the key but I need your help!
