Happy to be heading to Sweden for my annual Mindfulness Yoga Retreat. 🌿

The retreat is full, the forecast promises sunshine, and I’m looking forward to welcoming everyone who has chosen to give themselves this gift: a week to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. 🙏

There will be yoga, meditation, walks in nature, swims in the sea, and plenty of personal time to remind us that not every moment needs to be filled.

We often move so quickly through life that we forget the value of simply pausing. Yet it is in these pauses - in the quiet, the breath, and the presence of the now - that we often find the deepest nourishment and joy💛

We spend so much energy trying to control our thoughts, fix ourselves, or find clarity. But clarity isn’t usually something we create, it’s something we notice when we stop adding so much noise.

A quiet reminder that sometimes the wisest thing we can do is pause 💚

Congratulations to this wonderful group of graduates on completing the 100-Hour Mindful Yoga Training! 🎓🙌

Over the past six months, we have shared six intensive weekends of practice, learning, reflection, and community. It has been a privilege to witness the sincerity, openness, and dedication that each of you brought to this journey.🧘‍♂️

Together, we explored how mindfulness, self-compassion, and gentle yoga can become more than practices on the mat. They can become ways of meeting ourselves and our lives with greater awareness, kindness, and wisdom.🪷

One of the themes that emerged again and again was the experience of coming home to ourselves, reconnecting with our authentic voice, and learning to meet life with greater presence and compassion.❤️

The final weekend was deeply moving, and I leave this training feeling inspired by the courage, growth, and genuine connection within this group.✨️

Thank you all for your trust, dedication, and wholehearted participation. It has been an honor to share this journey with you.🙏🏻

For those wishing to continue deepening their practice, Modules 2 & 3 of the Mindful Yoga Program begin this autumn.
The next 100-Hour Mindful Yoga Training, and the beginning of the full 200-Hour pathway starts in February, 2027.

As I look out at the world today, I often find myself reflecting on a question that has become increasingly important to me:

How do we find peace and stability in a world marked by uncertainty, division, and conflict?

Not a peace that depends on circumstances being perfect, or on everyone agreeing with one another, but a deeper peace that helps us meet life's challenges with greater wisdom, compassion, and presence.

These questions have been at the heart of my own practice for many years. They also inspired my recent book, The Way of Inner Peace: A Living Path Through a Troubled World.

For me, mindfulness and yoga are not simply techniques. They are part of a path of practice that helps us cultivate inner steadiness, compassion, and emotional wisdom, so that we can meet life's challenges with greater openness, clarity, and care.

This is also the heart of Module 2 of the Mindful Yoga Training: Living the Path – Practice in Everyday Life.

Together, we explore how mindfulness becomes more than something we practice occasionally and instead becomes a way of relating to ourselves, others, and the challenges of everyday life. We explore how mindfulness, compassion, and loving-kindness can support us in remaining present and responsive, even in difficult times.

The 50-hour training begins on 29 August at Oslo Yoga Studio and may be joined individually or as part of the full 200 hour Mindful Yoga Training journey.

The early bird rate has recently been extended until 15 June for those considering joining.

I would be delighted to welcome you! 🙏🏻✨️

Mindful Yoga Spring Retreat – Dharma Mountain
April 31 - May 3

I am really looking forward to this long-weekend spring retreat at Dharma Mountain!

Taking a few days like this can make a real difference. With time for mindful yoga, meditation, and quiet moments in nature, the body has space to unwind and the mind can gradually settle.
As the pace slows, a renewed sense of clarity, presence, and inner balance begins to return.

If you feel the wish to pause, reconnect with yourself, and be supported by practice and community, I welcome you to join.
Dharma Mountain offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for this kind of retreat, just outside Oslo and easily accessible from the city.

More information and registration, see the event on this page.
Hope to see you there!
