But the truth is… I also track my macros. I also weigh my food. And yes… sometimes I also put that one piece of banana back.

Not because I “can’t eat it”. Not because I’m starving myself. But because I’ve learned awareness and portion control.

Most women think healthy eating means restriction, suffering, or giving up everything they enjoy. But that’s not what it’s about at all.

You eat… even though you’re not hungry.
