I want them to achieve their goals as soon as possible, that’s why I look at the body as a whole and aim at making every cog of this machine work in an optimal way. pińska – I am a licensed instructor of physical activity, medical personal trainer, I have been teaching Pilates, fitness and other forms of gymnastics for over 10 years. During that time, hundreds of clients have participated in my classes and each person has been a learning experience for me. I am an active triathlete, having won the Polish Amateur Championship on a sprint distance, the Polish Amateur Crosstriathlon Championship, and as one of the few women in Poland, I completed an extreme mountain triathlon on a full Ironman distance. I pay special attention to proper performance of exercises (and good vibes while exercising). That’s me – the joyful founder of Tylko spróbuj! (Eng. ‘Just Try’).

How can you feel your deep muscles during such a simple position? The key is a neutral spine position, working with the exhale, and maintaining control over the position of the pelvis and lower ribs.

Don’t get discouraged if you can’t feel your abdominal muscles. The more advanced you are, the easier it becomes to activate them. And the deep abdominal muscles are a bit like that friend you have to call many times before she finally gets activated. Don’t force it — hold more of an attitude of curiosity within yourself rather than fighting with your belly.

Of course pilates tools/rules can be incorporated into weight lifting training. Why choosing one method when we can use them all!!!

I'm educated in medical training, yoga, fitness, pilates, thai massage. And you know? I use all the techniques in one session 😜

What do I think about Lindsey Vonn?

I meet Lindsey Vonn every day.
They try, they dream, they jump.

I meet girls who train even while their baby is smearing old scrambled eggs on their face at the same time. They train even though after an accident they walk on crutches. They train even though they have small children and migraines three days a week.

They jump, they fight — despite the lack of an audience, applause, or money for it.

I believe that each of us carries a beautiful story within — let’s notice it in ourselves and notice it in the women we meet every day.

To ja Wam chcę powiedzieć, że na początku to wszystko się robi "brzydko" i nie ma co się tym przejmować.

Pierwsze biegi to bardziej marszo-człapanko, a technika na siłowni kuleje. I niech to nie będzie powód dlaczego tego nie zaczynacie. Bo tak młodzi jak dziś to już nigdy nie będziemy.
