एलर्जी परीक्षण (Allergy Testing) गर्नुपर्ने संकेत तथा लक्षणहरू
यदि तपाईंमा निम्न समस्या बारम्बार देखिन्छन् भने एलर्जी परीक्षण आवश्यक हुन सक्छ:
🌿 नाक तथा श्वासप्रश्वास सम्बन्धी लक्षण
* बारम्बार हाछ्युँ आउने
* नाकबाट पानी बग्ने
* नाक बन्द हुने
* नाक, घाँटी वा आँखा चिलाउने
* बारम्बार साइनसको समस्या हुने
* लामो समयसम्म खोकी लाग्ने
* राति वा बिहान बढी खोकी आउने
* स्वाँ-स्वाँ हुने वा सास फेर्न गाह्रो हुने
* दम (Asthma) का लक्षण दोहोरिने
🌿 छाला सम्बन्धी लक्षण
* बारम्बार डाबर (Hives/Urticaria) आउने
* शरीर चिलाउने
* एक्जिमा (Eczema) हुने
* ओठ, आँखा वा अनुहार सुन्निने (Angioedema)
🌿 आँखा सम्बन्धी लक्षण
* आँखा रातो हुने
* आँखा चिलाउने
* आँसु धेरै आउने
🌿 खाना खाएपछि हुने लक्षण
* मुख वा घाँटी चिलाउने
* शरीरमा डाबर आउने
* पेट दुख्ने, वाकवाकी लाग्ने वा बान्ता हुने
* पखाला लाग्ने
* गम्भीर एलर्जिक प्रतिक्रिया (Anaphylaxis) हुने
🌿 औषधिपछि हुने लक्षण
* औषधि खाएपछि शरीरमा र्यास आउने
* डाबर आउने
* शरीर सुन्निने वा सास फेर्न गाह्रो हुने
🌿 कीराको टोकाइपछि हुने लक्षण
* मौरी, भिमरा वा अन्य कीराले टोकेपछि अत्यधिक सुन्निने
* गम्भीर एलर्जिक प्रतिक्रिया हुने

Signs and Symptoms That May Indicate the Need for Allergy Testing
You may benefit from allergy testing if you have:
Respiratory Symptoms
* Frequent sneezing
* Runny or blocked nose
* Itchy nose, eyes, or throat
* Recurrent sinus infections
* Chronic cough, especially at night
* Wheezing or shortness of breath
* Asthma symptoms that worsen with certain triggers
Skin Symptoms
* Recurrent hives (urticaria)
* Itchy skin rashes

* Swelling of the lips, eyelids, or face (angioedema)
