A 29-year-old male presented following ocular trauma caused by a stone, with complaints of blurred vision and foreign-body sensation.
Initial findings:
• VA: 6/12P (unaided)
• Corneal foreign body with associated corneal abrasion
• Inferior blood clot in the anterior chamber, consistent with traumatic hyphema
The corneal foreign body was removed, and the patient was started on appropriate topical medication with head elevation.
2-day follow-up:
✅ Hyphema resolved
✅ No anterior chamber cells
✅ No photophobia
🔹 Mild residual conjunctival congestion
Clinical impression: Traumatic hyphema with corneal abrasion secondary to ocular trauma — resolving on follow-up.
