हे श्याम प्रभु!

यो पर्दा पछाडि के भइरहेको छ, कसैले किन देख्दैन, कसैले किन लेख्दैन?

यहाँ कसैको जीवन र मृत्युबीचको संघर्ष चलिरहेको छ।
सेकेन्डहरू अमूल्य बनेका छन्।
डाक्टर र नर्सहरू आफ्नो निद्रा, थकान र समय बिर्सेर एक-एक सास जोगाउन लागिपरेका छन्; आफ्नो ज्ञान, सीप र अनुभवको अन्तिम सीमासम्म पुगेर प्रयास गरिरहेका छन्।
हो, यो पर्दाभित्र ज्ञान, औषधि, उपकरण र अथक मेहनतका साथ मृत्यु संग लडाइँ भइरहेको छ।

उता पर्दाबाहिर काँपिरहेका हातहरू छन्, आँसुले भरिएका आँखाहरू छन् र मौन प्रार्थनामा जोडिएका हजारौँ आशाहरू छन्।
कसैकी आमा भगवानसँग छोराको जीवन मागिरहेकी छन्।
कसैका बुबा आँसु लुकाएर बलियो बन्न खोजिरहेका छन्।
कसैका श्रीमान्, श्रीमती, दाजुभाइ, दिदीबहिनी र सन्तानहरू एउटै खबरको प्रतीक्षामा छन्, "उहाँको ज्यान जोगियो, चाडै होसमा आउनुहुन्छ।"

अस्पतालका यस्ता पर्दाहरूले दिनहुँ असंख्य कथाहरू लुकाइरहेका हुन्छन्।
कतै जीवनले मृत्यु माथि विजय हासिल गर्छ,
कतै सबै प्रयासहरूका बाबजुद नियतिले आफ्नो निर्णय सुनाउँछ।
तर एउटा कुरा भने सधैँ समान रहन्छ,
पर्दाभित्र स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको अथक संघर्ष,
र पर्दाबाहिर परिवारजनहरूको निस्वार्थ प्रेम र प्रार्थना।

किनभने कहिलेकाहीँ एउटा जीवन बचाउन विज्ञानले आफ्नो सम्पूर्ण शक्ति लगाइरहेको हुन्छ,
र त्यसैबेला आत्माले भगवानको ढोका ढकढकाइरहेको हुन्छ।
हो, यो पर्दा केवल कपडाको टुक्रा मात्र होइन,
यसले आशा, पीडा, संघर्ष, आँसु र चमत्कारहरूलाई छुट्याएको एउटा सिमाना हो।

From the corridors of Shikshadeep College (2012–14) till today, some memories still feel effortlessly special.
Her group on the first bench, ours right behind on the second and all of us secretly being a huge fan of her beautiful handwriting ever since!!

Jai Shree Shyam!! With the divine blessings of Shyam Baba, we had the sacred opportunity to be a part of a heartfelt "Shyam Bhandara" today on the auspicious occasion of Baaras (Dwadashi).

Prasad was prepared by our Angan Sweets & Veg Restaurant Family and distributed among the gathered devotees, filling the atmosphere with devotion, unity and spiritual grace. It was truly uplifting to witness so many hearts come together in the spirit of service and devotion.

A special note of gratitude to our Rajkumar Agrawal Uncleji and Rupesh Agrawal dai for their unwavering coordination, and heartfelt thanks to every hand that contributed to making this Bhandara a meaningful and memorable event. Everyone's dedication and collective efforts truly made the day divine.

श्रीमान् अस्पतालको बेडमा निदाइरहनुभएको छ, श्रीमती उहाँकै सिरानी छेउ टाउको टेक्दै थकानसँग हार मानेर निदाएकी छिन्। जीवनका सबैभन्दा कठिन दिनहरूमा पनि, उनले उनको हात छोडिनन्। रातभरको चिन्ता, अनगिन्ती प्रार्थना र अधुरा निद्राबीच पनि उनको प्रेम जागिरह्यो।

म संग प्रेमलाई पुर्ण रुपमा ब्याख्या गर्ने कुनै शब्द छैन। आफ्नो आरामभन्दा प्रिय व्यक्तिको पीडालाई ठूलो ठान्नु र आफू थाक्दा पनि उसको साथ नछोड्नु, सायद यही प्रेम हो, किनकि साँचो जीवनसाथी त्यो हो, जो रोगसँग सिधै लड्न नसके पनि, रोगसँग लडिरहेकाको आफ्नो प्रियजनको साथ कहिल्यै छोड्दैन। ❤️

Yes, some meetings instantly take you back to the days when dreams were still taking shape. Today, I met our beloved BD Sir at our hospital during his visit to a patient. The moment he informed me that he was here, memories of Post-SLC exam period and Class 12 came rushing back. Along with RR Sir, he was one of our most admired “Nepali Gurus” of our Shikshadeep College; teachers whose words, guidance and encouragement left a lasting impact on countless students, including me.

What makes this meeting even more special is that Sir is among the very few people who then (in 2012) travelled all the way from Biratnagar to my hometown, Gauriganj to personally enroll me at Shikshadeep College. At that age, I could never have imagined how much that small step would shape the course of my life.

Looking back today, I realize that whatever I have been able to achieve is built upon the faith, mentorship and support of many wonderful people. BD Sir is undoubtedly one of them. Yes, some teachers do not just teach subjects; they open doors, create opportunities and quietly change lives forever.

Forever grateful for your guidance, Sir. Meeting you today was not just a reunion; it was a reminder of where the journey began and of the people who helped make it possible.

Mummy folded her hands with complete devotion the moment she saw the 6-legged cow. For her, it was a divine sign, meanwhile my medically trained brain was quietly whispering: "Congenital anomaly" called "polymelia".

Faith on one side, science on the other and me standing in the middle trying not to ruin the moment with a medical lecture 😂
