After many years of continuous study of Sowa Rigpa, I have finally completed my Master's degree (Menrampa). I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the generous people who supported my studies throughout this journey.
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank each and every one of you.
After 7 years of dedicated work and writing, my book “Reflecting Thousands of Diseases” has finally been successfully published. This book will help Sowa Rigpa (Sorig) doctors diagnose diseases more accurately, assist students in better understanding the structure of diseases, and help the general public identify and understand their own health conditions.
The book will be available in bookstores in Boudha and Thamel, and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to support free medical services for those in need.
To further enhance and promote Sowa Rigpa, I have also developed this website, “ https://ligthofthedarkness.com/ “, which enables both learning and teaching while providing quick access to Sowa Rigpa health and well-being services. It serves as a bridge between traditional knowledge and modern accessibility, helping to preserve and share this valuable medical heritage for the benefit of people and communities.
