Business Development Executive

Cosmetex Roland Nepal, the official distributor of Japan's renowned skincare brand Cosmetex Roland, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the beauty and cosmetics industry while working with an international Japanese brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.
* Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and business partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
* Manage and grow the company's digital presence across social media platforms.
* Create engaging content and implement Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing strategies.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
* Prepare business reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
โ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
โ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, FMCG, Cosmetics, or a related industry.
โ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
โ Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
โ Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, advertising, and social media algorithms.
โ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โ Self-motivated, creative, and target-driven personality.
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, FMCG, or retail industry.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising.
* Experience working with distributors or dealer networks.
* Graphic design or content creation skills will be an added advantage.
