School Mental Health Awareness Program
Today, the School Mental Health Awareness Program was successfully conducted at Janapath Secondary School, Kalanki. The session focused on helping students better understand their emotions, recognize daily stress, and develop healthy and practical ways to manage stress and anger.
The program created a positive and respectful space where students felt comfortable expressing their thoughts and experiences. Through interactive discussions, group work, and simple reflective activities, students actively engaged and showed genuine interest in learning about mental well-being.
Their participation reflected growing awareness, emotional understanding, and the importance of positive coping skills in everyday life. The supportive cooperation from the school administration and teachers further strengthened the impact of the session.
The program was facilitated by Counseling Psychology professionals and the dedicated team of Pahal Manosamajik Foundation in coordination with Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

School Mental Health Awareness Program
With continued enthusiasm and meaningful engagement, the School Mental Health Awareness Program was successfully conducted at Navayug Secondary School, Teku. The session created a safe and supportive space where students explored their emotions, understood the impact of stress, and learned practical strategies to manage stress and anger in healthy ways.
Students participated with great energy and openness in interactive discussions, group activities, and reflective exercises. Their confidence in sharing thoughts and experiences made the session inspiring and impactful. School Mental Health Awareness Program – Day 3
On Day 3 of the School Mental Health Awareness Program, sessions were successfully conducted in multiple schools with the aim of promoting students’ mental well-being and emotional resilience. The program focuses on helping students understand their emotions, recognize stress, and learn practical techniques for stress and anger management in their daily lives.
The sessions were led by our Head Facilitator, Mrs. Anuka Limbu Neupane, a Counseling Psychologist, along with Miss Simana Thapa Magar and the facilitation team. Through interactive discussions and activities, students were encouraged to develop healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and positive problem-solving abilities.
