School Mental Health Awareness Program Day 5
With renewed energy and enthusiasm, Day 5 of the School Mental Health Awareness Program was successfully conducted, continuing our commitment to nurturing students’ mental well-being and emotional strength. The sessions aimed to create a safe and supportive space where students could better understand their emotions, identify stress, and practice simple yet effective techniques for managing stress and anger in their everyday lives.
Students actively engaged in interactive discussions, group activities, and reflections that promoted healthy coping skills, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. The positive participation and openness shown by students made the sessions impactful and encouraging.
The program was successfully conducted in the following schools:
1. Paropakar Higher Secondary School, Bhimsensthan
2. Shree Mahendra Adarsha Higher Secondary School, Teku
3. Kuleshwor Secondary School, Kuleshwor
4. Shant Nikunj Secondary School, Bhagwatibari
5. Kanya Mandir Secondary School, Newkha
The sessions were facilitated by Mrs. Anuka Limbu Neupane, Head Facilitator and Counseling Psychologist, along with the dedicated facilitation team from Pahal Manosamajik Foundation, in coordination with Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
