We talk a lot about what changes in our 40s.
Sleep.
Energy.
Weight.
Brain fog.
Hormones.
And those things matter.
But I don’t want that to be the whole conversation.
I also want us thinking about what we’re building.
Strength.
Muscle.
Energy.
Mobility.
The ability to keep doing the things we enjoy as we get older.
Because looking after your health now isn’t only about feeling better today.
It’s also about asking:
What do I want my health to make possible?
Maybe you want to travel.
Walk up hills.
Keep playing sport.
Get down on the floor and back up easily.
Have the energy to say yes to things you enjoy.
Your answer will be personal.
And I think that’s a much more useful conversation than only focusing on what’s going wrong.
What do you want your health to make possible as you get older?
