Viktoria Levenberg Helping women get their time back with AI. Efficiency Queen. šŸ‘‘
It’s not you. It’s your systems. DM TIME to begin ā¬‡ļø This is productivity, but different. Strategic.

Kia ora*, I’m Viktoria, and I help high-performers and entrepreneurs get more done in less time, so they can achieve their big goals with ease. If you're anything like me... you know how to push and "get things done". But you likely also know that the way you're working... isn't working. If you've tried every productivity hack in the book, and nothing seems to stick - I have the solution that no o

ne's talking about. Through a carefully curated blend of:
- Cyclical alignment
- Energy management, and
- Success systems...

I help ambitious leaders just like you shift from scattered overwhelm to high-performance flow. Sustainable. Aligned. A bit about me:
I'm a board-certified coach, yoga teacher, and postgraduate student of Human Nutrition (Otago University), with 10+ years' experience in high-pressure industries like FMCG and Hospitality. So I get the pace, the perfectionism, and the pressure... and I know there's another way. If you're ready to work differently - I'd love to connect. Let's build your success system together. To your inevitable success,

Vik

Your life is already compounding.

The question is: which way is it going?

Because every choice you make — how you spend your time, where you place your energy, what you prioritise, what you tolerate — is quietly building something.

Either towards the life you want.

Or away from it.

And this is where I think so many ambitious people get stuck.

We create the vision board.

Set the goals.

Buy the beautiful planner.

Map out the dream.

And then… life happens.

The urgent email arrives.

The meeting runs over.

The gym gets skipped.

The side-project gets pushed to ā€œnext monthā€.

And slowly, without necessarily realising it, our everyday choices start taking us in a completely different direction from the life we say we want.

Because a vision without a system is still just a pretty picture.

You need something that connects the big, beautiful future you can see in your mind…

to what you actually do on a random Tuesday afternoon.

That’s why I use nested planning.

āœ”ļø Your long-term vision informs your annual priorities.

āœ”ļø Your annual priorities inform your quarterly focus.

āœ”ļø Your quarterly focus shapes your months.

āœ”ļø Your months shape your weeks.

āœ”ļø And your weeks shape what you do TODAY.

Progress often feels invisible when you’re standing inside it.

Which is why you don’t need to overhaul your entire life today.

You need to know where you’re going…

and take ONE small action that moves you in that direction.

Then another.

Then another.

Because ā€œlaterā€ has a funny habit of turning into years.

The best time to start may have been five years ago.

The second-best time?

RIGHT FREAKING NOW.

In this powerful and heart-opening conversation with my Meytal Blanaru, we explore:

- Why pushing harder isn’t always the answer in healing, work, or life,
- How Meytal’s breast cancer diagnosis became a profound wake-up call to stop living for the future,
- What it looks like to step off the treadmill, soften into your body, and choose more ease, and
- The reminder we all need: don’t wait to live the life you want.

šŸŽ§ Tune in to Episode 64 for a powerful conversation about healing, courage, self-love, and choosing to be fully here, now.

I turned 4 weeks of work into approximately 4 days.

And no, I didn’t discover some shiny new AI hack.

I didn’t work ā€œfasterā€ per se.

I didn’t become superhuman.

I simply stopped starting from zero.

Here’s something I wish more high-achievers understood:

Every repeatable task without a system makes you pay the ā€œthinking-taxā€ all over again.

You have to remember what you did.

Find the documents.

Make the same decisions.

Recreate the same work.

Figure out what comes next.

Again. And again. And again.

Last year, when I started launching offers in my business, I documented EVERYTHING.

Every step.

Every process.

Every repetitive task.

I created templates, recorded processes, refined what wasn’t working, delegated what I could, and eliminated what I didn’t need.

Initially?

It took MORE time…

But then, a process that once took me around four weeks took approximately four days.

That’s the invisible power of systems.

And I use the same thinking everywhere, including my corporate work.

My favourite framework for finding these opportunities is KADE (if you receive my weekly

But here’s the part I care about most:

Efficiency isn’t really about finishing another email faster.

It’s about what becomes possible with the time you recover.

āœ… Getting to yoga.

āœ… Building the side-project you keep postponing.

āœ… Spending time with your family while actually being present.

āœ… Closing your laptop without mentally carrying work into the rest of your evening.

That’s the point.

So look at the annoying, repetitive task you’ve already done five, ten, twenty times.

The one that makes you think:

ā€œSurely I don’t have to keep doing it like thisā€¦ā€

Start there.

You might be surprised how much of your time is hiding in plain sight.

Piper & I share the same non-negotiables in our schedule:

āœ… sleep (+7-8H for me, double that for her)

āœ… quality nutrition (often chicken-related)

āœ… supplements for health & vitality (and yes… hers are more expensive than mine šŸ˜‚)

āœ… play loud & proud (whether it’s the piano or with squeaky toys)

āœ… meditate every day (preferably on a fluffy surface - see photo above)

When you’re clear on what your non-negotiables are, and put them on your calendar FIRST, you actually have time for the ā€œimportant, not urgentā€ things in your life.

That’s why it’s one of the first things I do with my clients in Efficiency Made Easy.

Watch this space.

More coming soon… šŸ‘€

If you’re exhausted… why can’t you just STOP?

This question has come up again and again in conversations I’ve had with ambitious women lately.

They know they need rest.

They want more spaciousness.

And yet, the moment they finally have permission to do absolutely nothing…

Their brain starts screaming:

ā€œBUT LOOK AT EVERYTHING WE COULD BE DOING?!?!ā€

🄲

Here’s what I’ve come to realise:

Slowing down isn’t difficult simply because you have ā€œbad habitsā€.

For high-achievers, there is so much more underneath it.

You love the satisfaction of finishing things.

Urgency can feel exciting.

You may have spent decades being rewarded for achievement.

Hustle is familiar territory.

And if you’ve practised pushing for 20 years and genuine rest for approximately 20 minutes…

Which one do you think is going to feel more natural?

This is why I’m not particularly interested in prescribing you a 347-step morning routine and telling you to ā€œprioritise self-careā€.

You don’t need another thing to perform perfectly.

Start smaller.

Five intentional minutes counts.

A slow lunch counts.

A walk without a podcast counts.

Dinner without your phone counts.

Sitting outside and doing precisely NOTHING counts.

Rest is a skill.

And like any new skill, you’re allowed to be a beginner.

You do not have to go from 100 to zero overnight.

And you certainly don’t need to wait until you’re completely depleted before you’re ā€œallowedā€ to stop.

Start small. Start gently.

Then let those tiny moments compound.

A Michelin-Guide waiter asked me whether there’s anything I’m celebrating today.

He looked genuinely stunned when my instant response was: ā€œLIFEā€.

How long are you going to wait to wear your nice jewellery out in public?

How long is that bath bomb going to gather dust on your windowsill?

How long have you been postponing taking action on what that quiet whisper inside you is trying to tell you?

You know the whisper I’m talking about … the one telling you that you’re meant for something more than this.

The one showing you another way you could spend your days, build your wealth, and nourish your legacy.

Here’s the secret: start now.

Start small.

Rather than waiting for the day you run a successful 6- or 7-figure business, take yourself out to a celebration brunch NOW.

Seemingly small gesture, yet it works magic in the unknown. ✨

Agree or disagree?
