I started smoking when I was around 16, thinking it was cool I suppose. My dad smoked ever since I can remember, so maybe I wanted to be like him too... Who knows. Throughout the years I tried now and again to give up, and FAILED. Then having children I stopped for my pregnancies, but not long after the first few months I slowly had 1 now and again (in secret!!) sshhhh


And before I knew it I was back on the cigarettes again, still without my children knowing, but increasing having more. Over the years it was becoming more noticeable on my chest and I felt short of breath quicker, I tried hard to give up again, I read books, had patches, medication, a vape... I tried it all. Then a good friend recommended Hypnotherapy, I thought why not, I will admit, initially I thought that the money was a little steep, but I gave it a go... and after a 1 hour session.. NOW 2 years on, I have not touched 1 cigarette, not even had the urge for 1. I still can't believe it today! I have not once regretted spending the money, (I know I have saved it ten times over with not smoking)
SO SO proud of myself.... BECAUSE I know it was all me!!! Me and my powerful mind. With a little help of course to get me there ;-)

When crucial, special moments and times in our lives arise, we FEEL and SEE the true colours of those we know deep down aren't right. Something happens and then changes everything ✨️ We have the power and knowledge to step away from the negativity of those people and step even closer to those who REALLY SHOW UP ❤️ with their LOVE 🥰 SUPPORT ❤️ POSITIVITY 😇 and ENCOURAGEMENT 🥰 in any given moment and situation.
THOSE ARE OUR PEOPLE!!! ❤️ 🥰 😍
