This Thursday .franchino and I are coming together for an Astrology themed Calm Collective circle. This feminine energy infused session with also include our fabulously grounding Cacao ceremony, oracle cards picking and time to reflect, journal and enjoy a delicious nourishing plant-based meal together.

There’s still a few spaces left to join Calm Collective, woman’s wellness circle this week on Thursday April 16th, from 6-8:30pm.

The theme is reconnection. Connection to ourselves and to the group. We will kick off with our ceremonial cacao and Cher some wins for the week and then do 40 minutes of yoga to get grounded and to become self-aware of our bodies and minds in our emotions. Then there will be a little bit of integration time with journalling followed by a nourishing plant-based dinner.

A big thank you too Valka Yoga for the wonderful cork yoga mat which I’ll be using this week!
This circle, which is held bi-monthly is hosted Yoga, Meditation, Vegan eats - Auckland 103 Beach rd. Level 1.

Introducing Gitavali & Justin ! 🍂

We’re hosting a soothing and truly uplifting wellness event this Saturday March 21st in the afternoon. It happens to be the Autumn Equinox 🍂
Tickets are still available through our Humantix website link. 🌱

An opportunity to heal, realign, get back to yourself and invest in your own health. At the same time, you’ll feel more grounded and uplifted through the cacao ceremony, somatic movement workshop and 90min sound journey. This will be followed by time to integrate, talk and mingle with snacks (plant-based) and tea.

$66 per person or $100 for two.

“Anxiety melt” is the theme this week. Cacao ceremony, short interactive workshop with tips to transform anxiety and dealing with it healthily and naturally. Followed by a 25min yin yoga session and a sound bath during savasana. Perfect way to unwind and relax together.
The meal will be a healthy one too! And chamomile tea!

Recorded yesterday night straight after everybody left. I was tidying up and reflecting on what Calm Collective is and how special this space really is.

It brings me so much joy to see how women can come together to feel seen and everything stays private, just stays together, off camera. It’s safe, it’s lovely and it’s a closed capsule that is felt by being there live.

The next one is on March 12 and will be exploring the topic of anxiety. stay tuned and be well.

This Thursday Feb 5th is the next Calm Collective “Self-Love edition”. (Women’s Wellness Circle. 6pm-8pm

We’ll begin with our traditional Cacao ☕️ceremony, followed by a short discussion on the topic of Self-Love.
There will be time for discussion and I’ll offer journal prompts. (Bring your journal!) 📔

I’ll then lead a guided meditation with my medicine drum to heal the heart and integrate our topic.

There will Vegan dinner will be a gluten-free lasagna (lighter on the digestive system 🍅)

$35 includes everything.
$30 for students or unemployed.
