Stalking & Domestic Violence

This post is for anyone affected by stalking or domestic violence.

I’m pleased to see that laws are continuing to evolve, but we are still only scratching the surface when it comes to addressing these issues.

For change to happen, people need to feel safe enough and supported enough to come forward and make reports. Unfortunately, access to support and therapy can still be limited.

Because of this, I would like to offer a free Reiki session to anyone who is in the process of making a police report.

Reiki doesn’t require you to tell me anything about your experience. However, I believe it can help support your nervous system during what can be an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time.

Reiki isn’t just for healing …

Learning Reiki helped me personally heal many wounds I don’t think I could have ever shared out loud in mainstream or alternative therapy.
It healed things within me on a personal, tailored level.

After a session, I would think about things differently, almost like it had happened to someone else and I was observing it without carrying the same pain.

As a practitioner, I have noticed that the silent treatments without talking can somehow be the most profound.
Talking is not always necessary, but a letting go happens, which of course allows movement forward.

This is the part of my work I love most.
When people are not coming to me as a last resort, or because every other avenue has been exhausted.

They come wanting alignment to become the very best at what they are already doing.
Caring enough about themselves to invest in their own creative process to access dreams, ambition, ideas, and actually make them happen.

It’s a beautiful realisation that the riches we have access to are never-ending.
That human beings can think something, create something, and bring it into reality.

We do not grow out of creativity.
Life can simply weigh us down and steal our ability to focus on ambition.

Our life force energy has a health.
Reiki can boost that health the healing part is often the by-product.

Reiki is the nutrient to my emotional and personal training.

Reiki One ✨

Believe it or not, I was never going to do Reiki on anyone else when I did my very first class.

I wanted to continue my jewellery making. I chose to do Reiki after a lady at the local market mentioned I could use it to clear and bless crystals.

However, little did I know Reiki had a much bigger plan for me.

I remember thinking as the class unfolded, “This is all stuff I already know…”But never talk about.

I decided to keep my little Reiki One course up my sleeve and quietly started to heal the grief of losing my childhood friend to cancer.

After Reiki One, I could say her name without devastation.

I had an epiphany of sorts — that there is more to me than this body. What flows through me, my life force energy… that’s what this is really about.

How can I use this for good?For change?

And I didn’t waste another minute. ✨

Reiki One class is officially in the diary ✨

Those of you who have followed my journey over the years will know my life truly changed when I found Reiki.
In so many beautiful ways.

I often describe Reiki as a practical guide through my own spiritual journey — universally known, yet deeply personal, where individuality is sacred.

Why did they burn the witches?

I don’t identify as a witch.
But I have been accused. I say I am a women x and that can be dangerous enough without adding witch.

Because witches were women.
And they burnt women.

Kind, strong women who, even when hurt, do not become bitter — they become better.

Maybe I’m biased, but I have huge love for my community. Some of the kindest people I know are often the least appreciated for the work they do.

They think it’s normal that strangers tell them everything.
Normal that people want to sit beside them.
Normal that they walk into a room and somehow soften it.

They even say, “I don’t really have much to offer.”

And I see them so differently.

Not as facilitators. Not as titles. Just as humans.

Humans whose touch feels safe.
Whose kindness changes the energy of a space.
The ones who place flowers in a vase because they know beauty can interrupt pain for even a moment.

They cook. They clean. They hold everyone together quietly out of duty — but mostly out of love.

And they think it is nothing.

But it is not nothing.
It keeps the whole world turning.

Sometimes I think that is what they once called witchcraft:
a woman making life better simply by being her.

A woman treated unfairly who still chooses love.
A woman who gives endlessly so others feel seen.

Her ancestors were burned.

But my loves, I remember.

And the embers they left behind, I will help ignite again so you can finally feel your worth.

Because what you think is small, I know is sacred.

Is it ADHD, PTSD…
or is the deepest part of my soul being reminded just how important this work is to me?

I know this feeling will pass, but today I feel completely overwhelmed by the responsibility of passing on this level of Reiki.
Because I’m not sure I can do it justice.

ADHD children receive significantly more criticism at school than neurotypical children.
It hurts my heart when I think about myself — and so many other children — being singled out while desperately trying to be “good.”
An almost impossible task within the expected criteria.

Learning Reiki was the first time I truly got it.
Not only because my teacher was incredible — she absolutely was — but because for the first time I felt like I belonged.
I belonged in that room, with those people, on that path.

What I was learning that day became pivotal to where my life was heading.

Because that’s what Reiki does.
It arrives when it’s meant to.

This class, and every class before and after it, is about more than me.

The energy is making me feel empowered and humbled at the same time.
And even though I don’t feel ready…
I trust that I am.

Because it’s already happening.

Let go and go further.

We carry so many unseen restrictions that quietly hold us back from reaching our natural potential.
I’m not even sure it’s about bravery to chase the big dream anymore.

It’s almost like we’ve been conditioned to believe there is a “window” for success — and if you missed it, you shouldn’t even try.

But what if time on Earth isn’t something working against us… what if it’s actually qualifying us?

By the time we reach our 40s and 50s, we have lived through energetic resets that younger versions of us could never have understood.
Childbirth. Grief. Failure. Survival. Rebuilding. Starting over.

That is wisdom.
That is resilience.
That is power.

At this stage of life, it can actually be the perfect time to go further — not to dwell on what could have been, but to pick the dream back up and carry it differently.

Energy has nothing to do with age.
Your purpose does not expire.

Keep going.
Go get those dreams.
It is never too late. ✨

There is something so magical about witnessing someone finally stand in their power.Unmoving in their self-love, grounded in protection, and no longer shrinking themselves to keep others comfortable.

They understand that they are precious — not only to the people around them, but to the entire universe.There is a quiet stability in true kindness, sprinkled with fearless boundaries.

Their boundaries are not punishment; they are necessary.They understand there is no limit to how divinely protected they are, so they will walk away with kindness from anything or anyone that interrupts their peace.

I won’t name who inspired me to write this…But I want you to know how very proud I am of you. x

Reiki — my little “woo woo” secret 🤍

I see people from all walks of life, for all kinds of reasons.Some are on a healing journey, some are rebuilding, some just need a moment to breathe.

But something that’s come up a lot this week…People don’t really talk about it.

I joked that I’m probably a lot of people’s little woo woo secret —and honestly, that stuck with me.

Why is there still a stigma around energy work and healing?

Because the truth is… Reiki isn’t what people think it is.

Yes, I love the spiritual side —but Reiki itself isn’t “out there.”

It’s grounding.It’s quiet.It’s a reset.

It’s a way back to yourself.

A space to pause, gather, and actually hear your own inner wisdom again.

No pressure. No fixing. No forcing.

Just you… coming back to you.

And me? Well I’m you’re willing receptionist really
