Let your heart open. Love deeply. Give freely.

September asked you to check in, to pause, to laugh a little louder. We hope some of it landed.

The love you share with the world always finds its way back to you. The whole Sound Space is waiting at beccaproject.co.nz/pages/sound-studio.

Laugh freely. Let your spirit lift. Feel fully alive.
Spring is far enough along now to trust it. The light is staying later. Something in you is allowed to lift too.
Joy is powerful energy.

The clocks go forward this weekend.

An hour disappears from the morning and reappears in the evening, and suddenly there is light left over at the end of the day.

Whatever you do with it, we hope some of it is spent slowly.

You are stronger than you think. Braver than you realise.

Some Wednesdays call for a little more than a pause, warm the body oil between your palms and let it be a small act of trust in yourself.

Trust your strength and move forward.

The Courage playlist, and the rest of the Sound Space, is at beccaproject.co.nz/pages/sound-studio.

Life will test you. Pause. Breathe.

Spring has a way of asking you to move faster than you are ready for.

In stillness, your next step becomes clear.

The beginning of Spring felt like a good excuse to look back at what you have told us.

One customer calls Wonder her fav all time candle. Another says Envy is unlike any other scent, warm and uplifting.

A third says Dreamer is the one they will not find better anywhere.

Different rituals, same idea, choose the scent that meets the season.

Comfort lives in quiet moments.

Light Wonder and give yourself ten minutes before you do anything else today.

Its playlist, and the rest of the Sound Space, is waiting at beccaproject.co.nz/pages/sound-studio.

In stillness you find clarity. In quiet you find strength.

Sunday is for this. Not for catching up on the week that has passed.

Let the mind settle, and the soul speak.

R U OK Day is today.

A proper check in, not the kind you do in passing, takes longer than the question itself takes to ask.

This week, ask someone properly. Then wait for the real answer.

Slow down. Inhale deeply. Breathe out slowly.

Spring adds noise before it adds calm, the light changes, the to do list grows. This is still your Wednesday pause.

Return to yourself, and remember who you are.

The Sound Space, ten playlists, one for every scent, is at beccaproject.co.nz/pages/sound-studio.
