Today is a needing nervous system support herbs day 🌿help to calm the internal anxiety and focus the mind.
I will be doing a nutrition talk at a Milford retirement village in a few weeks - have written up most of it just need to finish it (this requires brain function 😅😂)

I am putting together a 4week gut reset program which i hope will help to benefit a lot of people. Next to nervous system and hormones it tends to be an area people ask for support in. (This also requires additional brain function 😬😂)
