Losing someone you love is never easy. ❤️

As time passes, the good memories may help us smile again, but the pain of losing them and the longing for their presence may always remain in a quiet corner of our hearts.

And perhaps that is the reminder we need: treasure the people you love while they are still here. Spend time with them. Make memories. Put down your phone and be present. Say “I love you,” say “thank you,” forgive quickly, and never assume you will have tomorrow to say the things that matter.

Because one day, all we may have left are the memories—and we will wish we had made more of them.

Watching my two babies having the best time together makes my heart so happy. 🥹❤️

Mikayla and Mocha, running, laughing, playing and simply enjoying being kids. 🥰🐾 There’s nothing better than seeing them grow up together and make these beautiful little memories.

Hamilton’s Gap, Āwhitu Peninsula 🌊🖤

Hamilton’s Gap is a beautiful and rugged stretch of the west coast of the Āwhitu Peninsula, near the Manukau Heads. The coastline here is known for its dramatic black sand, rolling dunes, wide-open Tasman Sea views and wild, windswept character.

It feels peaceful and untouched, making it a lovely spot to slow down, explore and enjoy the natural beauty of Auckland’s west coast. The contrast between the dark volcanic sand, green farmland and deep blue ocean makes Hamilton’s Gap especially scenic.

It’s one of those places where you can simply walk along the beach, listen to the waves and enjoy being away from the busier parts of Auckland. 🌿🌊🖤

Our new puppy is the cutest little boy and so incredibly affectionate. He loves cuddles and follows us everywhere, and he has already stolen our hearts.

But wow… I forgot how much work a puppy is! It really feels like having a baby again — the constant supervision, toilet training, interrupted sleep, and making sure he doesn’t chew everything in sight.

Exhausting? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. We’re already so in love with this little guy and excited for all the adventures ahead. ❤️🐶

Lately, we’ve been having so much fun at Timezone, especially getting challenged by the claw machines. Most of the soft toys we won are for Mikayla, but the Toy Story ones are definitely for me and hubby! 😄

Simple fun, lots of laughs, and memories made together. Sometimes the best family moments are the simplest ones. ❤️
