Yesterday, a beautiful group of women gathered to explore the theme of acceptance.

Together, we stepped away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of presence, stillness and authentic connection.

There were meaningful conversations, moments of reflection, a powerful oracle card reading and messages that seemed to arrive exactly when they were needed.

At the centre of our circle was a bowl of ocean water, holding our intentions, our words and our reflections. As we closed, each woman took a small sample home as a reminder of her own journey and the wisdom shared in.

Alongside a beautiful afternoon tea, laughter and genuine connection, we created something that is often missing in today's busy world - space.

Thank you to the wonderful women who joined me and to those who contributed so openly and wholeheartedly to the experience.

My heart is full.

On Sunday 7.6.26 is Seasons Of Becoming - Winter Immersion 2026.

The women joining are releasing old stories, healing old wounds, and making space for who they are becoming. Perhaps that's why you've found this post.
And perhaps that’s what winter is really asking of us.

We gather in the stunning Vaughan Homestead, surrounded by nature and the ocean, for an intimate afternoon of reflection, connection, honesty and gentle transformation.

Just a small group of women coming together in a space that feels real, grounded and deeply supportive.

This is a small, intimate gathering for women who feel the need to slow down, reconnect, and come back to their innate truth.

A truly special Seasons of Becoming Immersion.

We shared, we softened, we connected... in a beautiful homestead, with the ocean just beyond us and are table filled with the most thoughtful afternoon tea.

There was something powerful in the simplicity of it all, sitting in circle, exploring the archetypes within us. We returned our blessed water to the ocean, carrying all our love and intention.

These are the moments that stay with you.

Thank you to the women who came and made it what it was.
