This is a group workshop with max 12 people. We explore unresolved perceived and/or generational trauma unconsciously passed down through generations which creates instability in one's family system and subsequently can show up as blockages, behavioral issues, illnesses, lack of money. In acknowledging the trauma, it can be named and therefore gets released and healed and frees the individual and future generations of the burden. Trauma often manifests in repetitive patterns within the family unit and some family members re-enact or attract similar traumatic experiences or relationships just like their ancestors. Family Constellation offers a path toward healing and restoration of peace and harmony within a trauma-impacted family system. I hope this explanation helps to understand this healing modality.
