Wow what a turn out this morning… every person who signed up to Wed @ 6 am was there (apart from Nicki Deane 🤣) plus a couple of casuals.
I love how you all just make it work, encourage each other and help the newbies. This is the essence of our group! =motivated.

A wee bit hectic this morning at 6 am so a few tweaks were made for the 9 am crew…. Thanks for all doing your best and man I was blown away by som impressive strength this morning! Well done!!
