Everyone loves boxing right? Great turnout and great effort today. Some pretty impressive deadlifts going on, nice to see you pushing the boat out for one rep!! Keep up the hard work! Love seeing what you can do when you believe in yourself!

We jumped (literally!) into the week with an athletic style workout, mixing plyometrics, rotational and explosive movements. 🤸💥 All helps train your body to produce and absorb force quickly, improve power, coordination and balance.

Full house with 19 ladies braving the cold to finish the week! 🥶💪

What a week it’s been! With a big focus on endurance, there are definitely a few tired and sore bodies heading into the weekend. We’ve put in plenty of strength work too, so this has been a great opportunity to see how you hold up when working hard for a longer period of time.

Amazing effort from everyone — you should be proud of what you’ve put in this week! 👏
