Today is National Tofu Day (UK)

This is Mark’s favourite version;
Soft tube tofu served cold. No cooking required. Just assemble tofu and century egg. Drizzle with sauce (chopped garlic, soya sauce, sesame oil, Lau Gan Ma) and garnish with green onions.

Trying to keep the boys healthy but with the rise in sickness and bugs going around the school, it’s a challenge. Will need to pull out the brew again. Urghhhh…..but it works. Maybe it’s the thought of drinking it that stops them from getting sick 🤒 😅
