We have just done our final Airtightness Test on our Patiki Pl, Diamond Harbour build. 0.39 Air Changes per Hour. A VERY good result. Thanks to our hard working team for taking the care required to receive this!

We finally have consent for the addition/Reno in Sumner. The team from Ground Conversion are doing a great job driving piles. Sorry to the neighbours about the noise!

Another exciting project underway. A new kitchen and living space for our loyal repeat clients Tim and Jane Andrews. The demolition stage has started. Watch this space to see things progressing.

Finally after 2 false starts due to bad weather we have poured the slab for our latest new build on Cresswell Ave, Christchurch. Thanks MK Buckley and Hardrock Concrete Placing - you guys are awesome.

Misson Accomplished! Our build in Fairlie is complete. Well inside anyway, still have paths etc to pour outside. Tenants have moved in and love it. They are vary rarely using the heaters, and most nights open their bedroom windows so they don't get too hot. That's impressive when it is less than 0 degrees outside!

Our latest project........ complete!

The proud owners of our latest new build had a problem...... 60m of underground phone cable conduit with no cable in it. Chorus came to install a cable, said they couldn’t do it. Downer came to install the cable, said they couldn’t do it. Third Little Pig came along with $3 worth of string, a wee piece of foam off the old trampoline and our trusty Ryobi vacuum. Sucked the string (with foam on the end) down the conduit. All ready to pull phone cable through. Surely Chorus and Downer could have put a bit more effort into sorting this???
