Through a trauma informed lense, you will be guided to tune into your body & heart space through breathwork, specific yoga movements and affirmations that support healing and empowerment.

The fire circle Dwa Chandra, Bali, was a pivotal place for release and re-new.

Alignment brought us all together.
Open hearts allowed deep connection.
Safety held the release.
Vulnerability provided space for growth.
Presence held the transformation.

Female light leaders exploring their Soul purpose over 5 magical days.

Fabulous ✨ Fun ✨ Friendship

Integration back into daily life provides the challenge to see what is truly embodied.

Tonight we came together in circle to reflect on the journey.

To continue to hold our Soul purpose in our hearts.
To stay connected to the frequency of love.
To honor our intentions of aligned action that keeps leading us forward, living our dharma.

🎉Celebrating this phenomenal group of female light leaders!!

When Susan and I first visioned the Soul Purpose Expansion Retreat we called in awakening women, soulful professionals & wellness gurus.
And that describes exactly the wahine that joined us!

🏝️ 5 days immersed in the exquisite eco-luxury of Dwa Chandra in the heart of Ubud, Bali...

These ladies accepted the invitation, to align more deeply with what their Soul came here to do.

✨ They allowed the deeply spiritual energies of the land, to combine with the teachings shared on retreat, with their own higher guidance to drop them into states of remembering.

Over the 5 days we experienced daily Intune Yoga practice, deep meditation, vision quest, theta healing, gene keys, kundalini yoga, tai chi, transformational somatic trauma release, and magnetic messaging.

✨ We connected into our vision, dharma, Soul purpose.

✨ We explored with compassion what was holding us back, the limiting beliefs, the pain, the trauma, the shadows.

✨ We allowed time and space for what was felt in the body to be acknowledged and released through somatics.

✨ The release provided space for the expansion, stepping into our embodied soulful true self.

All of this witnessed in community that held and supported us, during and after the retreat.

That is what the Soul Purpose Expansion Retreat gave these ladies.
