Gratitude

Todays love story is about how this 33 days of Love and Peace all came about and the gratitude I have for my magical life.
Tracy Rees who has been creating 33 days of Love and Peace with me, first came into my life at the Driftwood Council of Brighton soup night last year. The night you get to pitch an idea your idea about something you can do to make New Brightonn a better place and if your idea gets the most votes you get to take the kitty of $$$ home with you for your project. Tracys idea was to create a gathering about peace.She didn't win the kitty but decided to still run the event.

It all came about with lots of help from volunteers and investment by herself in Jan 2026, Seeds of Peace. A magical day.

This journey of 33 days has certainly been one of gratitude for me. So much gratitude for every day . Everyday is a gift. ❤️❤️♥️♥️

To have the energy to show up everyday for myself and remember how much I love creating these magical containers for myself. Gratitude for learning more and more about my nervous system and how my body can be at peace , how I can be at peace in my body. How important it is for me to create every day.🎨🧵🪡🖌

Gratitude for my creative soul and how I've been living true to who I am, Fairy Queen Aiyanna.

Having been creating this body of sand magic creations over the last 6 years. Being able to share them again as part of this Love and Peace journey has brought me so much joy.

Everyone I shared, I could remember the beautiful souls who came and joined me on the sand, the fun we had and why we created what we did. There was always a deeper meaning. And always gratitude for this beautiful planet we live on and share with other living beings. ...... 🌏🌊🔥🌬🌕☀️🌳🐌

So much gratitude for all the help and love and caring I receive everyday as I navigate this health journey 💕
I feel truly blessed.

Today's love story is about this painting I created that I named "My Sacred Vessel "

Its come from an exploration and journey back to self. About how can I love myself even more?. Gifting the love I freely share with others, to me first so I am always giving from a full Vessel.

Its a big learning and once I started to notice my people pleasing patterns, you can't un- notice them..💜💜💜💜

An example could be starting to write an email to someone for something for my growth/business and then stopping half way through to send a message to a friend.. That's one way I can give my power away multiple times a day in the blink of an eye.

The first thing that went in my sacred vessel was my Sacred Yes and Sacred No. Listening to my body and answering from there.

And what fills my cup? What things can I do to support my nervous system everyday. Walking, doodling, having a cup of tea, taking a breath, feeling something soft smelling something nice, listening to a favourite song.,grounding, putting my feet on the earth......

This is called SELF LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Todays love story comes from two years ago when I left Auckland to follow my heart ( my own love story) to move to Christchurch and see if there was a romance blossoming between me and Wayne Allan Webb ❤️❤️

As a goodbye; my amazing friends/family came to Muriwai, Auckland and they created a great big rainbow tree of love for me.

So many amazing people creating together, writing words of love and kindness, drawing beautiful pictures and generally all enjoying being out on the sand, hanging out in nature and being together.

All things that fill my cup.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I felt so very loved, treasured and cared for and what a beautiful gift to give back to me after 4 years of guiding people through the process of sand magic on Maukatia/Maori Bay Beach .

Such a special day
Thank you from the bottom of my heart🙏

Ps....yes there was a romance blossoming 😉😎😍⏳️🌊🌏🧹❤️❤️🔮

Todays love story is about this stone I painted November last year to be used at Peter Donnellys memorial plaque unvieling in December 2025.
I painted a series of stones to be used on the day to help with countering the easterly wind that loves to appear in NewBrighton. They worked a treat holding down the material covering the plaque.
It was a beautiful service. It was never meant to be a memorial plaque, but one made to recognise his art and contribution to NewBrighton from 2018.
I managed to get it completed with assistance from yhe Christchuch council but not before Peters passing.

I was talking with a friend today about love and the love carers share with their loved ones. About how hard it is to watch their loved ones when they are sick and still be there for them, day after day.

I'm grateful for Wayne Allan Webb who shows up for me every day and my friends and family who help me and visit me as I navigate this current health journey ❤️❤️❤️❤️

In my friends words....
"It’s any carers no matter who they care for, parents, friends, loved ones,husbands wives, children

Life is dying each second in front of us all

Catastrophic for the carers

But they have no choice but to be there

Silent grief"

Her message really hit home as well as her exhaustion. How carers are most of the time not even paid, they do it for love of the person

My wish today is this love rock goes out around the world to all the carers out there in all capacities being amazing and showing up day after day for their and others loved ones. Thank you.

Todays love story is this sand magic I created not long before I left Auckland in 2024. It was about finding love and compassion for myself and in turn for others
To see a situation through a different lens. Everything is a choice and we are constantly making choices , even when we don't think we are.
I dont know is still a choice.

It was a good reminder for me today as I still have this cold that I normally would have shaken off ages ago. To be kind and compassionate to myself and my beautiful body. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The sand that looks purple is the pure iron magnetic sand. A magnet picks it up. This is Maukatia/Maori bay Muriwai, Auckland

So todays love story is about Ernest the Peace dragon. He came to me in 2018, while I was on my soldiers pilgrimmage overseas visiting the resting places of 20 of the local men from my home town in Albany, Auckland who went overeas during WW1 and never returned.
Giving their lives so we may live as a generation in peace 🕊🙏

He then appeared in the as a sand sculpture in October 2018 and flying as a 88 step dragon sand magic in March 2019.

He's appeared many more times over the years. I am sharing one of my favourite times when I created him with the help of my friend Tejas and 250 pupils of Albany Primary school in Auckland.

I'm was so much fun and I had a masterplan and got everyone into position
In half an hour with no practice, ready for the drone shot.Whoop whoop!!

It was filmed by the guy who originally filmed Ernest flying so it was a very special creation.

I used the huge drum to communicate with everyone... no loud speaker needed. Everyone went silent as soon as i played the drum as it was all fresh and exciting.

What a super fun project to start the term back in 2020.

I am so grateful to those who believed in me, especially the principal and one of the deputy principals of the school at the time.

I'd love to create something like this again in the future

Todays love story is about the journey we are on in life, the journey to really getting to know yourself.

I did this sand magic creation in August 2024 after a long exploration about the missing jigsaw puzzle piece.

For me the missing piece was
"I am loved, I belong, I matter"
And how I show myself that everyday, not looking outside of myself for validation.

Getting to know more about my nervous system and what my basic needs are to feel safe and calm.

I've spoken to a couple of people this week about the movie Runaway Bride with Julia Roberts in it Do you remember it? She kept getting engaged to men and then on the wedding day would 'gap it', leaving the groom there at the altar.

In the end she realised she didn't know who she was, she didnt even know what type of cooked eggs she liked. She would say, "I will have what your having. "

And so one day she cooked them all up and tried them. Poached, scrambled, fried, eggs Benedict etc and decided which one she really liked.

I saw this movie many many times in my love Julia Roberts phase.... 😊this piece rang very true for life I thought.

How can we expect someone else to support us when we don't know what we want ourselves?

The missing piece is YOU ❤️💐✨️❤️

Todays love story is about rituals. They have been part of my life for a number of years now. Different ones come and go.

Setting up the altar is the main part of a ritual for me. Creating a sacred space. This can be done firstly by smoke, clearing the air and space with insence, fire sage, Palo Santo for example.
Lighting a candle. 🔥
Giving thanks to the 4 directions N,S,W,E
Giving thanks to elements ,water, fire, air, earth, spirit and matter.
Using sprays for aura clearing and/or essential oils . Your favourite or one you are being called to work with.

And then sit and be.....
I've been setting a timer and candle gazing lately....that's been a beautiful practice.

Allowing space for messages to come, however they do for you.

At the end closing the space and giving thanks.

It's wonderful to include children in altar building. From what I've observered those interested in it have done it before......and its a wonderful reconnection to a past life

⏳️ I use the same process when I'm.on the sand, casting a circle that I stand in and drawing symbols representing the elements. It's the anchor to my creation.
