Can Kids Drink Kombucha
Born & Raised get a lot of questions about this subject so here are some points:
1. Always consult with your GP a head of time, good to get a medical perspective.
2. Human micobiome is not properly developed until ages 3 or 4 years. So don’t introduce before then.
Kombucha contains acids and yeasts that can disrupt a developing microbiome. Fantastic for a developed one though !
3. Once introduced start with a small amount and water down, ensure child’s body reacts well start 10-20 ml.
4. Make sure give from a reputable source.
Adults drink up ! So so many benefits 😎

Kombucha is NOT a soda but a 2000 year old functional drink.
It aids digestion, gut health and in turn mental health, via the billions of good bacteria cultivated in the fermentation process. This bubbly beverage has been credited as a kind of miracle drink in health circles.
Though buyer be aware - some brands are just focused on profit and offer no health benefit, although claim to.
