Ok, so we have been quiet for a wee minute whilst manifesting many exciting things, unfolding over the next few weeks!

Firstly ..... POP UP CLINIC

Gemma will be having a pop up clinic this Friday 7th August 10am - 2pm.

30 minute Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology 'taster' sessions!!! In exchange for $20, food or other means accepted.

Here is a little about Gemma ...

"Kia Ora, Hi, my name is Gemma.

I practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, a gentle approach to exploring emotions that may be stuck, suppressed, or out of balance.

I also incorporate Healing Touch techniques into my sessions as well as drawing on the breadth of knowledge and experience, I’ve gained through nursing, to support each individual holistically.

In a nursing forum recently a speaker presented about the 4 brains we have. No. 1 = survival, No. 4 = thinking & learning. Both of these brains can’t be “on” at the same time i.e. if we’re stressed & in survival mode (No. 1) takes over and we can’t think or learn (No. 4).
Later in the week whilst working with a kinesiology client there was some resistance around setting a goal for the session, we established one but once we got into the session, muscle testing revealed it was not the best goal for the session, we discussed and nutted out a much deeper, more meaningful goal. What had changed since our discussion 10 minutes earlier? Her Nervous System had been balanced. She was no longer in survival mode and could think & articulate clearer. Nervous System is one of the pre-checks we do in EMK before starting a balance. This week has really been exciting for me, I love it when science and energy work interconnects!! I recorded this quite some time ago (9 months to be exact) and apparently forgot to post it, or perhaps I didn’t have the confidence to post it, I honestly can’t remember. Confidence is one of the many things of been working on myself this year. These sound bowls are so fun to play with and I understand first hand how powerful they can be as I’ve had significant emotional shifts when they’re been used in sessions for me. Sound is an incredible tool and one of the many I use in clinic. kinesiology
