✨ SACRED SOUND JOURNEYS ARE BACK AT THE FARM ✨
I'm so excited to be restarting my regular Sacred Sound Journeys at The Farm in Whangaruru, beginning Thursday 15th October, and continuing every Thursday evening! If there is an interest, I may also open up a regular Sunday afternoon session also.
Come and give yourself permission to slow down, switch off from the busyness of everyday life, and immerse yourself in sound, vibration and deep relaxation.

🕖 7:00pm start - please arrive a little early to get settled and create your cosy nest.

✨ What is a Sacred Sound Journey?
A Sacred Sound Journey is an immersive experience where sound, vibration and stillness come together to invite the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state.
Guided by Rachel Dawn of ‘EVM by Rachel Dawn’, each journey is intuitively woven using 432Hz crystal singing bowls, medicine drums, chimes, tuning forks, vocal toning and other vibrationally healing instruments.
These experiences offer a beautiful opportunity to release the demands of the day, quiet the busy mind, reconnect with yourself and simply receive.
No previous experience is necessary. Just come as you are. 💜
✨ What to bring
You'll be lying down for nearly an hour, so comfort is key!
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available for use at The Farm. Please collect these from the storage room before the session and return them afterwards, or feel free to BYO.
I highly recommend bringing extra padding, a warm blanket, pillow and eye mask to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
Please eat lightly beforehand and bring your water bottle if needed.
☕ The Farm coffee shop will also be open for hot beverages before and after the journey.
✨Private & Group Sound Journeys
Can't make Thursday evenings, or would love to create a private experience for your own group?
Additional Sacred Sound Journeys can be booked through The Farm for alternative weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Perfect for friends, whānau gatherings, celebrations, retreats or simply creating a special experience together.
Have a group of 4 or more?
A minimum group booking of 4 people (or $100 total) is all that's needed to arrange an additional session.
Once a group booking is confirmed, we'll open the remaining spaces to others and share the event details for anyone wishing to join.
A beautiful way to create your own intimate gathering while inviting others into the experience. Or arrange a private sound bath or EVM treatment with Rachel Dawn 💜
