There’s always a reason we hesitate.

“I’m not sure if it’s for me.”
“I don’t know anyone going.”

But sometimes that little feeling that keeps bringing something back into your mind is worth listening to.

Becoming Her is tomorrow.

It’s the third and final chapter in our Remembering Her • Reclaiming Her • Becoming Her series — but each experience has been designed to stand completely on its own.

✨ You do NOT need to have attended either of the previous workshops to come along.
You can simply step into Becoming Her exactly where you are, as you are.

This is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore what it means to come home to who you really are.

You don’t need to arrive knowing anything.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
And you certainly don’t need to be anyone other than yourself.

Just come as you are. 🤍

A beautiful day of connection, reflection, exploration and coming home to yourself — surrounded by other women who are on their own journey too.

✨ What a beautiful afternoon of sound, stillness & connection ✨

Today we gathered together for our Sound & Stillness session, and what a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. 💛 thank you Alex Beyond Balance NZ for another epic sound journey 🎶❤️

Through the gentle sounds and vibrations, we had the opportunity to slow down, breathe, release the busyness of everyday life and simply be.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today and helped create such a peaceful and welcoming space. 🕯️🌿
