The biggest, most gigantic congratulations to you Jenny on reaching your ULTIMATE GOAL! 🎉❤️

You have got there through sheer determination, strength and SO, SO much courage. The change in you from those first photos to your Ultimate Goal photos isn’t just about the weight loss, it’s about the fact that you have found YOU along the way. ❤️

You’ve fixed that little part of you that needed a tweak, and BOOM… look at you now! There is absolutely no looking back! 🔥🙌

To say I’m proud of you is honestly an understatement. I just LOVE this for you! 🥰❤️

You should be incredibly proud of yourself Jenny, what an amazing achievement! 💕✨

“The comfort zone is a beautiful place – but nothing ever grows there."
Over the weekend I have been totally pushed outside my comfort zone. I made a surprise visit to Norway to visit my daughter, who has been sea kayak guiding in the Fjords for the last four months. I was fortunate to go on her last overnight trip before she finishes work.
Two days paddling over 24km and over night camping on the side of the Fjord (in a tent!)
Initially I said no, but then I thought I’ve come all this way to be with her so why not. Face the fear and say yes!
It was the best experience ever! Words cannot explain the scenery, the feeling of accomplishment and the joy of experiencing what Emma has been doing daily since May.
I know without this programme, the weight loss and self belief this incredible experience would not have been possible 💖
