We are having one last special Auckland Plant Pure Pod. A good time to get together and wish all of your whole food plant-based friends Merry Christmas!!

At this Pod Dr Mark Craig will lead a discussion on the latest in plant-based eating news and will reveal some intriguing new science.

As well, bring a festive dish to share, something that may appear on your Christmas table on 25th December, Christmas Day. Discuss how we can start new culinary Christmas traditions that feature plants and fruit to celebrate the season!
