Pooh: "Eeyore… what do you think love is?"
Eeyore: "Hmm. I think love is… when someone stays, even when you're not very lovable."
Pooh: "Oh. Then I must love you a lot."
Eeyore: "Even when I’m gloomy and grumbly?"
Pooh: "Especially then. Love doesn’t go away just because the sky is gray."
Eeyore: "And I suppose… love is also when someone listens, even if you don’t say much."
Pooh: "And when someone remembers your favorite spot to sit, even if you forgot it yourself."
Eeyore: "Sounds like you’ve been doing a lot of loving, Pooh."
Pooh: "I just call it being your friend. But maybe… maybe that’s the same thing."
Eeyore: (quietly) "Then I’m lucky. Even if I don’t always feel it."
Pooh: "That’s okay. I’ll feel it for both of us."

When someone passes we all go through our own path down the stages of grief.

It is important to understand how you feel, sadness, anger, regret, remembrance (good and bad) is all valid to you and your path.

Remember to only focus on what you can do in the present. Sit in the present, acknowledge and own your feelings as true feelings.

Try to feel no guilt in how you are feeling, knowing that grieving is complex and all emotions are helping you to heal and cope in the moment.

Know you will get to the other side. That how long it takes is again an individual's own path.

Know they are in pain no more. That they always love and watch you from above.

Sitting in sadness and reflection this morning.

The draw to work in the earth is strong and unfamiliar.

I have never been one to tend, grow or w**d.

Trusting this is a message and support from the Universe while I process during a fresh major change impacting my direct and extended family.

Trying different night time routines.

Once a fortnight I visit Te Waka O Matariki and open myself to release blocks in my body, via a Mirimiri session.

Normally the release is stress/tension, occasionally it's a release of muscle memory. Today the release was very much on a spiritual level.

I felt my body and aura sigh as the block was released.

Each time I go I learn something new about my body, my muscle memory and start a new journey of release and growth.

The gift that Practitioner, Roimata shares with me, humbles me. With love and light I thank and send you love 💜🌈

The last few days have been challenging. Life changing.

There are been many lessons open to learn from, providing room to reflect, grow and expand.

Today's deck jumped out strongly. The other decks were but shadows in it's glow.

Today I was reminded by a friend that doing a vision board with the family on a mutual goal with help to manifest the end result.
This card just reinforces this.

"I'm Golden"
A strong reminder to use the lessons of the days past to develop the internal and trust that the situations that seem dull will in time will shine.

May end up being not the easiest next step.

May end up with a bigger lesson or challenge than expected.

As long as you speak your truth, acknowledge that others truth may differ.

The way forward even if not straight is a move towards better.

I actively do it in my personal/family life, but had not recently reflected on how i may or could do this in my spiritual life.
