Having the privilege of changing people’s lives for the better is something I’ll live by until the last bell.

The day I decide to step away from coaching will be one of the toughest decisions I’ll ever have to make. But until that day comes, I’ll continue to lead by example. I’ll continue to stay in the trenches with my fighters, pushing myself to outwork and out-train them any day of the week.

To me, that’s what coaching is all about. It’s not about standing on the sidelines telling others what to do,it’s about earning respect through action, sharing every hardship, every challenge, and every victory alongside the people you lead.

If I expect discipline, commitment, and sacrifice from my fighters, then I owe them the same in return. I’ll never ask someone to do something I’m not willing to do myself. That’s the standard I hold myself to, and that’s the legacy I want to leave behind.
